Desventajas: "Finnair had the worst leg room I've ever had in 50 years of traveling. It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

Ventajas: "The flight to and from Los Angeles was operated by British Airways and was on one of their Airbus fleet. Boarding was completed efficiently and with ease. I sat on the upper deck and was very comfortable in comparison to other major airlines previously used for this particular flight. The plane was very clean and the crew were outstanding. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for crew, and they were ready with beverages, including tea and coffee, and snacks throughout the flight. In flight entertainment was good. All in all very pleasant flight to and from the U K."

Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

Desventajas: "CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure."

Desventajas: "Llevabamos libres los 3 asientos de delante, se cambio un adolescente al que la tripulación trataba como un rey, perjudicandonos ya que levantaron los reposabrazos de los asientos para que fuera tumbado impidiendonos a nosotros la ya dificil movilidad durante el vuelo de mas 11 horas."

Ventajas: "La atención de la tripulación. El personal asiático de mostradores es realmente divino."
Desventajas: "El personal de Air France para la fila antes de Revisión de visado es elitista, grosero y discriminatorio. Se burlan y hablan en francés creyendo que los turistas no entendemos. Me siento muy decepcionada de la atención. Pesaron mi bolso de mano de manera aleatoria y me cobraron 100 euros por 3 kg."

Desventajas: "The “vegetarian” option was tuna which isn’t vegetarian and there was no vegetarian snack. With the hundreds of dietary and religious food restrictions you would think having a vegetarian option would be much more attainable.. They also didn’t make an announcement about our flight being late."

Desventajas: "Tanto a la ida como al regreso ese tramo fue con AirEuropa y el personal en aeropuerto no tienen la amabilidad correspondiente. En la idea me tocó problemas con uno de ellos y en el regreso vi que otros pasajeros les ocurrió lo mismo. Ni siquiera muestran sus nombres."

Ventajas: "El vuelo definitivo fue puntual"
Desventajas: "El viaje fue por Joon, el vuelo inicial fue cancelado ya en sala. Nos respondieron con la reprogramación. Debieron notificar a tiempo la cancelación, creo que hubiese sido menos difícil, ya que nos tocó salir de sala para volver a los mostradores."

Desventajas: "Air conditioning too cold. Wasn't offered an evening meal. My luggage went missing and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered."

Desventajas: "Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that."

Desventajas: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Ventajas: "Really liked the new touch screens (with very good responsiveness). Also liked the food selection (the champagne was nice, so was the menu we were given)."

Desventajas: "Food was awful. Asked for vegan meal they got it half right, as vegan is not vegetarian. And the second meal or snack as they say was not vegetarian or vegan at all."

Desventajas: "Conexión perdido porqué falta tiempo par recoger la maleta como me dejaron en rio."

Por culpa de ellos he perdido el Avión del Jueves 11 por la razón que me informaron que mi vuelo era con América Airlines pero al dirigirme a América éstos me expresaron que no era con ellos sino con British. Nuevamente fui con British y se igual forma no sabían de mi reservación..tanto América Airlines como British aún que haya llegado tres horas antes de la salida. No me solucionaba ni una ni otra al punto que llegó el momento que se fue mi vuelo. Pero Dios es grande y una señora de British se compareció de mí y me ayudó.Salí a Roma el viernes 12. Al regreso la misma história sólo que en otro país otro idioma..La.gente de British me dijo que aparecía Cancelado mi vuelo cuando ninca lo cancele.. Al contrario estuve pendiente de hacer el chekpoin en linea pero nunca pude entrar a su página aparecia cómo "error". A mi salida fue un calvario me hicieron dormir en Roma para salir al siguiente día pero por América Airlines..Estuve a punto de no llegar a tiempo a la cobertura periodística en el Vaticano. Son un chiste esta Aerolínea no la recomiendo ya que ni tienen un Counter para soluciones al clientes en Roma."
Desventajas: "Todo el desorden, mala organización la forma de cómo me trataron parecía que era un Indigente ante ellos.. Como fui varias veces a tratar de que me ayudaran una de las Counter le dijo a su companera que no me atendiera que yo tenia que pagar un boleto y ya. Pero gracias a Dios una de ellas me ayudo pero igual el vuelo ya no lo podía tomar pero también dijo que parecía una persona de beneficiencia cuándo mi boleto ya estaba pagado de ida y vuelta yo no fui a pedir limosnas sino mis derecho como Cliente."

Desventajas: "Landed almost an hour late. Food was HORRIBLE. worst pasta of my life. The crew while kind, we busy chatting in the galley most of the flight. Never came around (besides the initial drink cart and the meal) to offer water or check on passengers. They forced me to close the window while we were flying and I bought a window seat so i could look out. The boarding process was very slow and disembarking took ages. Problems with loading the baggage led to an issue at baggage claim where they were stuck."

Desventajas: "I purchased a business class seat, fully paid six months in advance. There was a last minute change in the type of aircraft, I was downgraded to economy plus. BA never tried to contact me in advance or gilve me any other options. It was a nasty surprise but I had no other choice."

Desventajas: "Before boarding, there was no information. The time to go to the gate kept changing without any explanation. Would have expected more from British Airways. This was not a low cost!!"
