Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Rudeness is a turn off passengers who are tired"

El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.

Desventajas: "The lighting on my screen made it difficult to see it very well...adjusting brightness was not effective. Also, the programming selection was somewhat limited and it would have been nice to start a movie when you wanted instead of waiting."
Ventajas: "Not bad as cross-ocean flights go, but cramped. The seats (and the available room per person) are what would be considered normal nowadays, but I remember flying thirty years ago. The crew was very pleasant and snacks were served (and appreciated), but didn't make up for the cramped conditions."

Ventajas: "The flight was fantastic. It wasn't a full flight so I was moved to an exit row for more leg space. All the crew was very nice except for one lady. They distributed water often which was nice. You get options for dinner and breakfast."
Desventajas: "My problems began after landing. I booked a flight from LAX to Amsterdam, with a layover at Heathrow. When I originally checked in, they didn't send my things all the way through to my final destination. I had to exit the airport at Heathrow to retrieve my bag and go back through security, while trying to make my connecting flight."
Ventajas: "Head phone jack was not working in my seat."

Ventajas: "The seat was comfortable, lots of leg room in the bulkhead area. I was able to sleep in spite of daytime travel because the crew kept the cabin low-lit. There were snacks and drinks available in the galley throughout the long flight."
Desventajas: "The flight attendants were not very friendly, just “did the job”. The overhead lighting was focused on passengers’ heads, not on the lap area/tray table area where it’s needed. The bathrooms weren’t maintained during the flight—out of toilet paper, poop & urine on the seats, overflowing trash bins."

Desventajas: "Didn't get my suitcase on arrival in Tel Aviv . Got it after 31/2 days. Flight back movie system was frustrating , hard to get movie started . Looked without sound. On arrival Dubai business class bags should be off loaded first . Pity these things happened with my first flight with the airline."
