Seems like gate overcrowding is now standard practice for southwest. Also, flight was delayed because gate is overcrowded. I used to love SW Air because they were on time. No weather delay. Just scheduling at gate."

Ventajas: "Boarding was strange - it was still in groups although we were shuttled to our airplane. I was glad it wasn’t a packed flight as I wasn’t smushed by my neighbors in the seats. Very little turbulence, smooth taking off and landing. I like that I was able to watch free movies without having to pay for WiFi."
Desventajas: "The shuttle broke down on the way to the airplane and had to wait for another. The good part was that we didn’t wait very long (less than 10 minutes) for another to arrive. No free WiFi."

Ventajas: "On my way back home I noticed that there was ONE seat that was empty in First Class as I boarded the plane. I asked the flight attendant about it and she said that I would have to go back up to the ticket agent to inquire there. So I did, and I was told when I walked back up the ramp to that kiosk that the ticked agent had just Closed The Flight. So, the other lady who was standing right there said that she had to escort a minor on to the flight and that she would accompany me back to the airplane and see if she could help. She did, and when we got back to hand off the minor to the flight crew she then inquired about that seat. It was agreed that the seat was going to be vacant, and since I am a 6' 1", 250 pound man, they all thought it would be a nice thing to allow me to sit in that first class seat at no extra charge! Wow!! What a difference that made on the 4 hour flight! Thank You Alaska Airlines for helping me out and hooking me up! I will remember that when I am booking my next trip!!"
Desventajas: "No me gusto que al llegar a lax. Te suban a un camión y te transportan del gate 6 hasta el 4 porque después de las 6.30 de la tarde no hay servicio de migración. En el 6 increíble en silla de ruedas con un friaso y con resfrío...volar primera clase y recibir un trato denigrante todo por culpa del servicio de migración , que no estaba presente en el gate 6...... No tiene precio.....nunca más tomare un vuelo internacional después de las 6.30 de la noche.desde Guadalajara."

Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Desventajas: "Me parece totalmente in aceptable que no pude realizar mi viaje por motivos de salud y llame a las oficinas de jetblue para hacer un cambio de mi boleto y ademas, de que estuve más de dos horas tratando de llamar porque no contestaban, me notificaron que perdí mi viaje, cuando primera vez que veo que una aerolínea no te deja hacer tu cambio de boleto, o sea prácticamente se quedaron con mis 400 dolares, pésima aerolínea."

Desventajas: "We were fully boarded and then were delayed 1 hour without any explanation. They also had poor in flight service and very uncomfortable seats. No leg room at all and if the person put their seat back the 5 degrees it could move, there was no way to be comfortable because the seat in front presses against my knees."

Desventajas: "The plane has already been reconfigured with new seats to fit more. They were uncomfortable. All pricing has changed to something similar to Spirit airlines. I am going to miss the old SunCountry airlines."
Ventajas: "Positive. Fluent check-in. Friendly professional staff from check-in, to boarding, to flight personnel. I love Sun Country and will continue to use this airline exclusively."
Desventajas: "We had to change our tickets from Tuesday to Friday our mother was put in hospice. But she passed away on Monday and we were able to change tickets back to Tuesday but we’re not refunded our 400.00 dollars!"

Desventajas: "SY shares a gate with other airlines and has minimal gates at JFK. The other airline was delayed over an hour. While our plane was available, we had to wait for the gate to clear."

Desventajas: "waited in line for over an hour and then was told i could not board the flight! Next flight was in four days! How can they do this? Called the supervisor down and she had no authority to do anything! She handed me an 1-800 number and told me to call them. Asked for transportation to the main terminal and she pointed down the aisle and said " the train is thatwa way " Here's who will get you home - 1-800 - DELTA."

Ventajas: "Not much. I liked that the plane landed me home safe, even though it was a very rough landing"
Desventajas: "I arrived to the airport extra early, chose a window seat purposely because I'm a very nervous flyer and need to see what's surrounding me. When I went to board the plane, my ticket wouldn't scan. So I had to bring it back to the desk and the lady changed my seat without saying a word. I asked why and she said, unpleasantly, there was a mistake made by checkin obviously. Not even an I'm sorry. And not only was my seat changed, it was changed to the last row of the plane (literally row 26, the absolute last row) and the middle seat. There was no entertainment offered until way into the flight, mind you it's only a two hour flight. The flight crew had no control over the pass angers and were yelling at them almost the entire flight."
Ventajas: "The crew at the check-in changed my parent's seat so that they can sit next to each other."
Desventajas: "We called Sun Country to changed seat but music played for 20 min, we couldn't talk to customer service through phone call."
