Desventajas: "I didn't realized we were on a code share flight from Seoul to Hanoi until we got to check in counter and they couldn't issue boarding pass even though it was a through check in for till Hanoi. In our booking itinerary it was printed as Korean air with a small print that said operated by jinair. It wasn't so bad but the hassle of going to another terminal to board and being in a smaller aircraft after a long flight wasn't the best."

Ventajas: "Overall, the flight back from Seoul to Atlanta was better than our previous experience. At least this time the flight attendants were more attentive and prompt to ask if you need anything. Entertainment was good and so were the meals. I appreciate the two meals and beverages."
Desventajas: "Seats are just uncomfortable (not enough cushion and no back support) and the little extra space is not noticeable after so many hours sitting in a long flight such as this one. The lavatories could use a cleaning sometime along the flight. Our flight was packed so after so many people using them, they were not looking or smelling their best. Tickets are expensive. It was also warm most of the time."

At checkin service the attendant was kind enough to notice that my travel partner and I would enjoy an aisle and window seat together without a middle seat occupant and seated us accordingly. Thoughtful. Attendants periodically walked the aisles to let guests know that they were available always. Five stars!!"

Desventajas: "In Guangzhou there was just enough time to transfer between flights. If there had been a delay, I would have easily missed the connection. The connections at Guangzhou involve multiple gyrations of shuttles between terminals and immigrations, etc. There was an opportunity to upgrade the cabin while boarding, but was not well announced or implemented. I would have welcomed the chance to upgrade."

Ventajas: "Out of Phnom Penh, the roll was good, but then Cambodia is famed for its French bakeries. The fruit included fresh dragonfruit, a favorite. The rest was really rather disgusting."

No bench, stool, or anyplace to sit in the smoking room at Guangzhou, but they did seem to have air extractors or something because other airports (e.g. Doha) are totally dreadful. No jetway to deplane, and stairs are a bit of a problem for me. Staff oblivious! Another passenger helped me down the stairs."

Desventajas: "I did not have a complete ticket until approximately 24-hours before departure and only after I called Airfare.com literally for weeks, and then finally told them I wanted to cancel. Then all legs of the trip were suddenly booked, but seats were not confirmed. I was charged a $450 cancellation fee despite the fact that they did not do their job because I was unable to trust anything they were doing, and subsequently booked my flight direct through Delta. Please keep in mind I purchased the ticket on July 3, 2016 and Airfare.com was unable to provide me a complete ticket until the night of August 16, 2016 with a August 17, 2016 departure date to China! I can honestly say this was the worst travel booking experience I've ever had."
Ventajas: "the male steward. the stock fellow. he was always smiling and cheerful. also joking. a fine young fellow. a good man. i was seated in the same row with this lady from Spain. she was hilarious and friendly so was the old lady from India, we had a blast laughing through out the trip and we shared tips about traveling"
Desventajas: "Crew were unfriendly. Food was terrible. Drinks were served way after the meals. Instructions/announcements were unintelligible and lacking, at times confusing."
