The agent tried her best to get me a window or aisle seat but was unable to. That didn't matter though. Airlines in the US should learn from them and treat their customers the same way."

Nothing can the counter do till i've to call kayak/flight network. One hour conversation from malaysia to canada. What a wast & replace me with air china. Stupid kayak & flight network."
Ventajas: "Crew members were very nice. All staff members definitely embodied the courteousness and professionalism of Japan. The house slippers were a nice touch and we really enjoyed the large movie selection. The miso soup with meals was great! Overall really enjoyed our flying experience with jal and would fly with them again."
Desventajas: "The food for our return flight from haneda to Honolulu was definitely subpar compared to the food we had on our first jal Honolulu to Hong Kong flight (layover in narita). Also the plane was not as big and older so we didn't have the touch screen. We were quite impressed on our Honolulu to Hong Kong flight, then were a little let down on our haneda to Honolulu flight."

Ventajas: "With Japan Airlines, there is never a doubt in my mind they are going to be the best airline of choice. I was running late to my flight into Haneda to fly out to Singapore. I literally arrived to the front desk 15 minutes before the plane departed. The ladies at the front desk were very aware of my urgency and walked me threw the crew line and got me to my gate without a missed flight. I cannot thank you enough for the kind and generous work you do."

Ventajas: "Korean Air hosted us on four separate flights to SE Asia, a trip from which we have just returned. Of all of the airlines that we have used over the decades, Korean Air rates at the very top. We have no complaints, only a sense of what a first-class operation it was for us."

Desventajas: "Two key issues: 1. Split up seating 2. Required to pick up and check baggage with limited time due to customs check. 1. They split up all four of our seats (despite booking more than 30 days in advance). Our seven (7) year old daughter was by her self. So was our fifteen (15) year old son. When we addressed it to baggage check (part of major issue number 2), they put two seats together, across an aisle, with both children in them. We obviously just sat one of the adults with the seven year old. This was not just us. SEVERAL families had children seated alone and spread all over the plane. ANA needs to require grouped seating for children under thirteen (13) years old with an adult. 2. Tokyo Haneda is the only airport I can think of where I have to pick up and check baggage again just to clear customs. The flights were 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. With nearly an hour dedicated to getting baggage claimed and getting through customs, we barely had time to fix two of our split seats (see issue 1) and rush via a free bus route that took 6 minutes (luckily we were first stop) to get us to domestic terminal 2. We were then lucky again because we made it through security quickly and our gate happened to be right next to the security check we chose. Another side piece: Haneda Domestic Terminal 2 has four security check areas (A-D). We saw no identifying marks indicating which were closest to which gate. Our bags have already been through a bag check process. Feel free to run them through security scans. Don’t make us wait to collect them just to walk them through the customs desk and check them again."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

The plane was super old and noisy, (the bins above everyone's heads were creaking for 5 plus hours) both going to, and coming home on this Airline. The food was super sad, and they had only a few movie players to rent. By the time they got to row 15, they were out of them and crew was super rude when we asked about the rentals. Not sure I had an $850 dollar experience...times 4 people!!!!!!!!"
Ventajas: "There was one male worker who tried to bring me extra coleslaw cause he saw the other flight attendants not offer me anything instead of a meat centered meal. I appreciated that but didn't catch his name."
Desventajas: "The workers were so rude - especially a woman named Mi. they had no vegetarian options on the plane for food and basically laughed at me when I asked for it. They had no free entertainment at all not even a movie for everyone on the main monitors. They asked for volunteers to check their bags and I volunteered and when I made a connecting flight to Kauai (final stop Oahu which is a 35 min flight) I tried to switch my flight to an earlier one because I realized That I had a four hour layover before my 35 min flight -_- and they said that I would have been able to but since I checked my carry on I couldn't. And they said it was because my bag would get there much later than me - which I was upset about but understood. Fast forward 4 1/2 hours later and I land on Oahu. My bag is sitting at the terminal because it came over on a plane that got there before me. Totally unhappy - I fly to California and back almost every month and I've never had an experience like this"
Ventajas: "Wonderful crew and they actually feed you and give you a complimentary glass of wine. It's nice to see airlines coming back to taking care of their passengers. The captain came on the speaker to let the passenger with a dog know he personally checked on their dog and reassure them all was well."

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed almost 5 hrs at end and touchdown at around 2 am Christmas day. The problem was no one from the airline seem to know or not willing to tell what was going on. It was Christmas Eve, so people naturally was upset not knowing the outcome."

Desventajas: "Had a 6 hour delay due to the fact that a crew member didn't show up... Hawaiian didn't offer any chance of changing airlines to accommodate anybody and only gave us a $100 voucher on future flights... like I'd ever fly with this airline again. If the delay was due to weather or a mechanical issue I would've understood, however one of there crew members calling in sick delays my vacation by a whole day and they say there's nothing they can do. Completely ridiculous."
Desventajas: "It would be fantastic if Hawaiian didn't push in-flight purchases and credit card offers so much. Being a captive audience means your passengers can't tune out the imposition. It is disrespectful and pushy! Very annoying."

I had a small box and they put it in the oversized area."
