We were not aware or made aware of the distance from the domestic to international gate. We were told to take the 1830 pm flight to connect. We almost got a heart attack from running to our very far gate. I wish we were made aware that a shuttle bus would have been available to go to the international gate."

Desventajas: "In LA terminal, instead of the gate number the airport labeled my flight as “TBIT.” Not being local, I had no way of knowing it meant Tom Bradley International Terminal. I stayed near another gait that had international flights, and it turned out the gate was clear on the other side of the complex, which is obscured by construction. If I hadn’t asked one of the workers there I would have missed my flight."

Ventajas: "We were coming back from treking in Nortwest Viet Nam. JAL upgraded us to business class (ie, sleeper bed) for the Ha Noi to Tokyo, and gave us good seats on to HNL. FOOD was the best. Next time we'll try HNL-SAI entry to Nam. The Boeing 787 was a great ride to/from Ha Noi, particularly with JAL service."

Desventajas: "The entertainment selection wasn't as robust as other flights. I had to make sure and "save" things for the flight back so I wasn't bored. I always pack a book or game along the way, so it really wasn't that much of an issue."

I liked the special touches such as the small snack and water bar available throughout the flight, and the breakfast Kumamon special. Clean bathrooms are very very appreciated."
Desventajas: "The only bad experience was when we were boarding, and I asked whether I could take a newspaper and the business class flight attendant snidely said that it was only for business class. I understand the comment, but her expression and tone were unnecessary."

Ventajas: "the crew was extraordinarily helpful in getting me through customs with my luggage which i was lead to believe did not need to be looked at in Tokyo because it was checked through to Osaka by finding me taking me back through customs and onto the flight in time for its departure. JAL's crews on both flights and the ground personnel were very courteous and always extremely helpful."

Desventajas: "I think my negative impression of this flight was more due to the extreme turbulence and extra hour spent on the ground at Narita, which is always a challenging airport. The meals were passable, but hardly anything to be proud of, seats were cramped and flight was pretty uncomfortable."

Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. I wish that ANA will notbpartner with United. It sure tarnishes their brand."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Ventajas: "Airport staff were friendly, Flight crew were good. I was in an exit row so I can't comment much about normal economy, but my legroom was fine. lots of movies to choose from. Deplaned onto a bus, that took us right to the Transfer Security which saved me a recently long walk."

Ventajas: "When we flew into Melbourne it was not a happy experience. Seats were cramped and arm rests wouldn't raise. The flight out, even though on the same model plane, was better. There was more room and we could raise the arm rests. For a 13+ hour flight that makes a big difference."

I'd love to be able to plan to avoid the bad experience, but if they use the same plane in two configurations, there isn't enough information to do so."

Desventajas: "Bathroom in the main cabin did not flush with water. Plus it was littered. We had two seats together on the right side of the plane. Very tight. And then the woman in front of me reclined her seat making me claustrophobic."

How about food? I didnt have appetite at all sitting next to bathroom!"
Ventajas: "LOved the Airbus plane with chargers and video screens at each seat! Super friendly crew and attentive continuous service!"

Desventajas: "We fly Hawaiian every year and wondering,...what happen to the quality of the plane?! The plane was super old and noisy, (the bins above everyone's heads were creaking for 5 plus hours) both going to, and coming home on this Airline. The food was super sad, and they had only a few movie players to rent. By the time they got to row 15, they were out of them and crew was super rude when we asked about the rentals. Not sure I had an $850 dollar experience...times 4 people!!!!!!!!"

Desventajas: "Touch screen didn't work that well. Didn't have alternative meal options for those with allergies."

Desventajas: "They moved our seats, even though they were confirmed (on ticket and verbally) and we were flying with small children. When we mentioned it before boarding, there were no apologies. Luckily we were able to find some nice passengers who swapped with us on board--again with no assistance from HA."
Desventajas: "The fact that flight attendant just left food on my tray when I didn't ask for it. I get motion-sickness very easily, so I would like to avoid food if possible. Would appreciate more consideration towards that, like leaving a note instead of leaving the food without asking me first."
Ventajas: "Loved the food...great flight almost better than good but seating was a little tight"

Desventajas: "Had a 6 hour delay due to the fact that a crew member didn't show up... Hawaiian didn't offer any chance of changing airlines to accommodate anybody and only gave us a $100 voucher on future flights... like I'd ever fly with this airline again. If the delay was due to weather or a mechanical issue I would've understood, however one of there crew members calling in sick delays my vacation by a whole day and they say there's nothing they can do. Completely ridiculous."
Ventajas: "Legroom is good compared to Japanese airlines. Hawaiian is always on time and has best record."
Desventajas: "Not fond of their food. Wish I could have my choice of meal like other airlines."

Ventajas: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."
Desventajas: "Ambas aerolíneas (Delta y Aeroméxico) tienen que capacitar a su personal"

Desventajas: "Pasó exactamente lo mismo que en el vuelo anterior una persona ya estaba sentada en mi lugar y en esta ocasión traté de decirle, pero la pasajera me ignoró o no me entendía"
Ventajas: "La atención fue muy buena, los asientos son muy cómodos el servicio de entretenimiento, cuentan con una entrada de audífonos y salida usb para cargar tu teléfono mientras viajas.el wifi en la nave son un plus."
Desventajas: "Pague un upgrade a un mejor lugar y Mi asiento se regresaba a la posición original solo el cual tenía que que estar acomodándolo , a pesar de que el personal me comentó que era una nave nueva."

Ventajas: "Durante las 5 hs de vuelo siempre estuvieron atentos a las necesidades de los pasajeros."
Desventajas: "Me abrieron y revisaron la valija. Incluso teniendo un candado, lo rompieron y la cerraron con un precinto."
Ventajas: "Nunca había tenido un vuelo con tan buen servicio. El personal al muy amable y simpático. Siempre pasaba el personal ofreciéndonos comida y bebida. La merienda muy completa, platos a escoger, snacks, postres. Gracias Delta :)"
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusto que al momento de llegar a Atlanta si le dieron una silla de ruedas pero no hubo quien la llevara a la salida!!!!"

Ventajas: "El vuelo de Deltavse demoró casi 2 hs. Nadie del personal quiso ayudarme para evitar perder la conexión en JFK, porque no había comprado el billete con Delta. Perdón el vuelo, me costó dinero. Delta es una empresa de pésimo servicio"
