El servicio en mesa en el aeropuerto Billy Bishop de Toronto malísimo, solo 3 personas atendiendo y 1 de ellas solo para VIP. Estuvimos en el mismo sitio de la cola durante 40minutos y no nos dejaron embarcar porque ibamos tarde. La chica de la recepción con muy malos modales.

Desventajas: "Two minor drawbacks: (1) In the Porter lounge, where I was stuck between connecting flights, the cost of food was too high. (2) The weather buffets these small planes more than would be the case with jetliners."
Ventajas: "I needed to use wheelchair service and was greeted by name as I boarded the plane. The flight attendant Barry then came and told me if there was anything he could do for me during the flight just to let him know. After the flight was over Barry asked me to wait till everyone deplaned so He could make sure my wheelchair was there and then carried my bag to them. Porter airlines is top notch. I will use them again next time I go to visit my daughter."

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed for about 4 hours then canceled on a Sunday night and I wasn't rebooked until Wednesday morning. Porter staff said I would only be refunded the "pro-rated" fare for the leg that was canceled. This makes no sense as I had to buy my own ticket home from another airline and I didn't get to pay a "pro-rated" fare because I was halfway home. They also put us up in an extremely sketchy hotel that was unsafe, unclean and had an active prostitution ring going on."

Announcements about boarding should be posted on a screen "Now boarding rows XX". I can't hear the announcements (yes I have hearing problems), which staff really don't have time to be making. I would be great if we could get back to the model of getting value - 1 bag free - meals on regular fare. The aggressive fees for extras are really the only way airlines make money."

Seria excelente q llegaran las maletas q uno pagó y documentó!! Inaceptable su servicio y excusas, ahora resulta q era gasolina o maletas PESIMO
Podrían mejorar la conexión internet que no hubo. Pero los asientos estaban c[modos y el personal amable.
En los dos vuelos que reserve los dos vuelos de conexión los perdí, por culpa del retraso de la aerolínea, solo en una me pagaron hospedaje y alimentación en el otro yo tuve que pagar mi hospedaje y alimentación que por cierto estaba terrible la comida del hotel. Además de que el personal de air Canadá en el aeropuerto de Toronto fue muy déspota y grosero. Mi experiencia es mala con esta aerolínea y en lo futuro evitaré viajar por ella. Gracias.

Desventajas: "El embarque muy lento y desorganizado, el personal para chequear tu vuelo en shanghai demasiado incompetente, es la tercera vez que voy a shanghai y a la hora de salir siempre les aparece a ellos un error en su sistema, todo eso despues de haber pasado la aduana... algo que deberian haber corregido, con mi visado y pasaporte en orden, yo comprendo que la temperatura del avion debe ser baja ...pero en estos vuelos se les va la mano hace muchisimo frio en esos aviones para un viaje de casi 14 horas, termino siempre enfermandome y con gripe a causa de esas largas horas de frio constante ...deberian mejorar y comprar nuevos aviones con mas espacio para esos viajes tan largos, porque los que he cogido hasta ahora estan un poco incómodos...ojalá mejoren, aunque se que estoy lejos de la realidad pero igual se los dejo dijo."

Ventajas: "Comodidad del avión,asientos en clase ejecutiva muy bien puestos! calidad del personal!! Comida espectacular, todo más de lo que esperaba."

Ventajas: "El vuelo salió a la hora y fue bastante tranquilo. Se podía descansar y el persona fue amable"
Desventajas: "Por la hora del viaje, me parece que también deberían dar almuerzo. Tuve la mala suerte de que cambiaran de asiento a una persona subida de peso y la sentaron al lado de mi asiento, esta persona ocupaba más que solo su espacio y en ciertos momentos era bastante incómodo. Creo que a estas personas no deberían ubicarlas en las asientos centrales. Más aún si es reubicación"
Desventajas: "El vuelo salio demorado casi 3 horas perdi me conexion hacia Miami y ademas perdieron mi equipaje."

Desventajas: "PARA UN VIAJE TAN LARGO EL AVIÓN ES EXCESIVAMENTE INCOMODO, DEMASIADO PEQUEÑOS LOS ESPACIOS..."

Desventajas: "Asientos incomodos y entretenimiento minimo con una seleccion de peliculas antiguas y escasas"
Ventajas: "La aerolínea en si es muy buena, el personal bien capacitado y me parece bien que te sirvan una comida ligera aunque viajes a Chile"
Desventajas: "El check in se demoró bastante, y luego estuvimos 40 minutos dentro del avión sin despegar, el vuelo llegó a destino demorado. Suelen sobre vender los vuelos y siempre hay gente de más en el check in"
Ventajas: "La puntualidad,la comida y el entretenimiento"
Ventajas: "El vuelo salio en horario. El personal muy correcto. El equipo muy nuevo y moderno"
Desventajas: "La comida apenas aceptable. La comodidad de los asientos acorde a lo esperable en clase económica"
Ventajas: "Buena comida"
Desventajas: "no hace sentido el orden de abordaje"
Desventajas: "Que no llegue a mty"
