Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off."

Ventajas: "Easily the most comfortable I've ever been in TATL economy. Lufthansa's 747-8 is set up strangely: the main deck is arranged First - Business - Economy - Prem. Economy - Economy. This means that if you can book a seat in the forward economy mini-cabin, you get dedicated cabin crew, no other passengers walking through your space to get to the bathroom, plenty of bin space, and – best of all – a lot of aisle space to stretch your legs. Row 16 aisle seats are especially good, as the bulkhead between J and Y doesn't extend all the way, and therefore you can stretch your feet out. Food was actually excellent (for economy), hot and flavorful and generous, with snacks available mid-flight. Beverages also tops – gotta love Lufthansa for offering Campari (!) and more than one wine choice."
Desventajas: "Entertainment (music and movies at least) was up-to-date but not very interested. Boarding and transit security in Frankfurt was anxiety-inducing – between getting to the US departures area and additional screening, it took more than an hour from deplaning to getting in line. Boarding w/o group numbers was an exercise in patience. And the terminal wifi is so spotty!"

Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."

But when I asked LOT employees to insure that my luggage is on a plane to Toronto too, I received arrogant answer that I have nothing to worry about... In Toronto I found out that there was no my luggage on the plane..."

Desventajas: "Se atraso la conexion en Varsovia, la señorita recibio la informacion del restraso despues que yo. Me dejaron mis maletas a pesar del retraso y que habia pagado por llevarlas. Luego el servicio de Grund Global que les maneja el equipaje a LOT muy pero muy mala... nunca contestaron el telefono, por lo que no pude hacerl el reclamo del equipaje para darle seguimiento. Luego me encontraron mis maletas pero yo viaje el 4 de agosto al Delta del Danubio por lo que fue imposible que me las llevaran a la ubicacion. Una maleta llego a Bucarest el 6 y la otra el 8 de agosto. Dos dias antes de mi proxima parada en Europa (Italia) cuando llegue al aeropuerto a recoger el equipaje, nuevamente nadie respondio al telefono, por lo que tuvimos que acudir al personal del aeropuerto para que yo udiera entrar al area restringida a recoger mi equipaje. Muy tardado y dificl localizar a alguna persona que me pudiese apoyar en la recuperacion del equipaje."

Desventajas: "My family and I traveled to Poland several times using LOT Airline. They lost our luggage not once or twice, but three times. Each time, we were without our luggage for nearly a day and half. We are no longer using this airline. Also, their TV monitors/remotes lack accessibility as they do not offer closed captioning features for the deaf/hard-of-hearing. Another strike."

Desventajas: "I bought my inlaws tickets with a shorter layover and it was horrible. It took them ‘much longer to get home. There was no plane waiting for them in Budapest and they got re-routed to Vienna. Which then took them to krakow. They had to take off their luggage everytime they got off the plane and they are 80 years old. There were no escalators or elevators. The airlines lost one of their suitcases and promised it the next day and they have not received it yet. Horrible flight."

Desventajas: "the fact that my carry on bag was broken when we landed in Poland and no one from the staff took even a second to guide us about what can we do about it. the entertainment system was not good at all and the movie section was poor. our flight from TLV to Poland was canceled and they didn't know about it until 4 hours before the flight!!! Not sure I will fly with this airline again in the future."

Desventajas: "The Warsaw-Newark leg took 10 hrs and a half, as opposed to 9 and a half. The Economy seat, although a little better than on other planes, is so small, and I’m average size! The announcements are so difficult to understand."

Desventajas: "Messed up security clearance arrangement. Total confusion about secondary clearance requirement, only informed at boarding at gate that a lot of travelers needed secondary clearance. No objections to secondary clearance, but procedure a joke. Machine was half way down the terminal. Half hour wait, and you could have left your carry on with somebody else, get cleared by machine, pick up your bag again and get on board."

Desventajas: "After the plane landed had to sit an hour in the plane cause of gate clearance . I had a connection flight I almost missed. After 9 hours travelling it was extremely stressful . The wasn working for the lady next to me ."

Desventajas: "On a way to Poland from New York we were waiting two hours in airport with no information. Then we were sitting in airplane 50 minutes more. It was delay 2hours and 50 min."

Ventajas: "Easy check in, accommodations for a seat preference, kind crew service on board, good food, free entertainment-good selection of movies and music, at no extra charge. on time going to WAW, and 30 min. early coming back to EWR. Flight coming back was cancelled due to technical difficulties, but no problems with rescheduling, LOT rep. was very helpful. No forced charges for checked-in and carry-on bags-BIG differentiator ! used 787 Dreamliner."

Our departing flight was delayed two hours, just sitting on the runway without the screens turned on to let us watch anything. The return flight was unpleasant because we were not able to sit together."

Although we already went through This terminal we were baggage check/metal detectors, then everyone questioned about why we traveled, bag was hand checked, and we got two body pat downs one after another. Felt really unnecessary. Worst part this terminal is in a glass box so if you leave to use the restroom or get coffee, you gotta go through the process again. A real headache. Movie selection on flight is limited and the seating needs more leg room. I think this airline has the least amount of leg room."

Ventajas: "On time both at departure and arrival. Economy in the 787 is comfortable with better leg room than usual. Baggage claim was excellent"

Desventajas: "after one hour delays and half hour flight the rented aircraft had to fly back to the airport for technical issues , the next flight was seven hours later . During this time there was poor communication and terrible service. The inbound flight was also delayed for almost two hours and the same story of bad communication and worse service . I have been flying for a long time with RJ and I can say for certainty that its one of the worst airlines out there. I kept my hope all these years till I finally gave up. They will never improve or learn from their mistakes"

Desventajas: "Terrible ground staff. Constant change in flight schedules. No support on codeshares. No on ground help for canceled flights. No ability to print all the boarding passes. terrible connection options. Will avoid flying them ever again if possible."

Desventajas: "We arrived with another Royal Jordan flight and went through transit but still had to go through the same security like all the other travelers which led to a total of five security checks for the two flights. Several procedures were done multiple times (swiping computers/cameras/children's toys.) Security personnel didn't explain differences in protocol to other flights/check-in procedures which led to high frustration, e.g., families were separated for individual screenings/pat downs without asking where our small child should go. There were no bathrooms or concessions in the last section where people were waiting right before boarding the flight."

Middle aisle and no one else in the row so I could move to the middle when the lady behind me kept on kicking the back of my seat. (-: Compared to other flights the RT price was reasonable and I could go direct from NYC into Amman."
Desventajas: "Speaking English only made it hard at boarding to know what was going on but when I went up, I still didn't know if it was my turn or not, the smiled and waved me on."
