I still don't have my luggage after 14 days. No further responses despite extensive documentation and receipts. This is bad!!!"

Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Desventajas: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Desventajas: "This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities."

Desventajas: "I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"

Ventajas: "The crew was amazing and the food was great."
Desventajas: "Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress."

Ventajas: "El crew abordo es algo frío pero siempre es muy cordial y responsable. Fue un vuelo a tiempo y rápido, pude llegar a mi conexión sin problema. Pedí menú vegetariano y lo cumplieron a la perfección."
Desventajas: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Desventajas: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Desventajas: "The worse experience ever. I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company."

Desventajas: "somebody lost my bag with ski boots, never again with polish air lines,NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!"

Desventajas: "Gate people suck. I can’t even describe how rude and useless they were. There was a lot of them and none of them would have been better. I also was almost bitten by a large pit bull while waiting to board the plane."

Desventajas: "I can’t believe you installed 1980’s style business class seats in a new Boeing 787!"

Desventajas: "The loading was a mistake. We were bused out to the plane but they didn’t start until the planned 30 mins before departure and it took 90 mins so we left over an hour after we were scheduled. Landing so late that a number of people couldn’t make their connections"

Ventajas: "Comfortable plane, good entertainment and very good food."
Desventajas: "The plane departed over 2 hrs late and didn't make up any time during the long flight. Most of the other airlines flying long distances make up the time if the departure is delay."

Desventajas: "I had to switch seats due to recliner and tv remote did not work. Also, my baggage did not arrive on my flight. I had a 14 hour layover in Warsaw which was plenty of time to transfer onto plane. This also occurred on my flight to Germany."

Ventajas: "Generous service, excellent vegetarian meals (my special order), excellent telephone help prior to flight."
Desventajas: "Delayed boarding time with no information or updates provided, touch screen didn't work, bathrooms dirty toward end if flight."

Desventajas: "Luggage did not arrive in Los Angeles. Representatives not sympathetic. Luggage was delivered to my home the following day. I will probably not use this airline again."

Ventajas: "Crew provided great service."

Desventajas: "Seat was not stable and moved when I moved. In the toilet the cover of toilet was falling down constantly. There was no Wifi (what is now quite ussual)"

Ventajas: "The seat was nice compared to other planes I have been on. The crew was very friendly and even tried to help passengers open a dressing pack."

Desventajas: "Some passengers arrive late 1 hour from transfer flight, but meantime plane crew started relocating existing passengers to different seats without checking if the seat is available, and that created chaos."

Desventajas: "Se atraso la conexion en Varsovia, la señorita recibio la informacion del restraso despues que yo. Me dejaron mis maletas a pesar del retraso y que habia pagado por llevarlas. Luego el servicio de Grund Global que les maneja el equipaje a LOT muy pero muy mala... nunca contestaron el telefono, por lo que no pude hacerl el reclamo del equipaje para darle seguimiento. Luego me encontraron mis maletas pero yo viaje el 4 de agosto al Delta del Danubio por lo que fue imposible que me las llevaran a la ubicacion. Una maleta llego a Bucarest el 6 y la otra el 8 de agosto. Dos dias antes de mi proxima parada en Europa (Italia) cuando llegue al aeropuerto a recoger el equipaje, nuevamente nadie respondio al telefono, por lo que tuvimos que acudir al personal del aeropuerto para que yo udiera entrar al area restringida a recoger mi equipaje. Muy tardado y dificl localizar a alguna persona que me pudiese apoyar en la recuperacion del equipaje."

Ventajas: "Los aviones buenos y limpios."

Desventajas: "Food and not enough entertainment"

Ventajas: "All in all, the seats had more legroom than I expected for economy. Much more than American airlines (AA, United, Delta). Love the direct flight as it saves so much time."
Desventajas: "This was the 4th flight I have taken between LAX and Warsaw...but was the first time that there were no beer nor wine available in between meal services. On a 12-13 hour flight, this was a definite disappointment compared to my other experiences on LOT. The other concern was there were only two meals, and no snack service on a very long flight. This again stood out in contrast to the previous flights I have taken on LOT."

Ventajas: "Business Class on LOT Flight No. 21 from Warsaw to Los Angeles is excellent! The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a beautiful plane and the Business Class seats are very comfortable. The food was pretty good and the flight attendants were extremely nice!"
Desventajas: "There was a two and a half hour delay for technical problems for our flight from Warsaw to Los Angeles on Tuesday July 24, 2018. There had been a two-hour delay for my flight in from Warsaw to Moscow, also for technical problems, on Friday July 13, 2018. Obviously, LOT needs to insure its planes are safe, but it needs to do so sufficiently in advance of take-off so that its passengers are not inconvenienced by lengthy delays."

Ventajas: "Good"

Ventajas: "Staff was apologetic and enthusiastic. When we were finally able to board we did so quickly and efficiently."
Desventajas: "Delay for nearly 2 hours without information, even when inquiry at the counter."

Ventajas: "Not much."
Desventajas: "This is about as budget as you can get. Entertainment systems didn’t work, drinks were warm. Food was mediocre. Bathroom doors didn’t work, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up while using it! Yuck! Had to shuttle EVERYWHERE between flights, before and after. Crew was not attentive, and not so friendly either. Only good note was the young lady who checked our bags in Warsaw and helped get our seats together (after the airline messed the seat assignment up in the first place). Ugh. Worst airline I’ve been on."

Desventajas: "Flight from Chicago was delayed for two hours. Missed my connection flight to Odessa and still in Warsaw waiting for my flight to Odessa."

Ventajas: "Friendliness"

Ventajas: "Flight on time... arrived on time.... food was great...."

Ventajas: "In Frankfurt it went through Lufthansa and the extra suitcase costed me $40 more as I’ve been told on the LOT website. Paid €107 where the web page of lot said $75"
Desventajas: "After check in luggage I had to wait one hour to take care of the luggage price so I get my tickets. All this should have been do e before without going to different counter. Also I didn’t liked that I had to check in on the automated machine."

Ventajas: "I can't give any review, because I cancelled my flight."

Desventajas: "I don’t like to seat next to toddlers. They should have special place, separate area just for families with kids, fare on the end of corridor. Noice , activities, banging and smelling, not pleasant and not confortable for what I paid. My comfort of flight with LOT was completely ruined this time."

Ventajas: "The VEG meal (non-dairy) I was served was fresh and delicious to eat. Flight attendants pleasant, professional and service-oriented. My luggage made it to NYC/JFK without any problems."
Desventajas: "In-flight entertainment offered a very conventional set of movies from which to select."

Ventajas: "Getting off the plane"
Desventajas: "At the LOT checkin counter at KRK, they had one counter open for a full flight to Warsaw. They waited until 15 minutes before schedule takeoff to open up additional counters causing panic and stress for everyone on the flight. Several people missed their connections because of this. Meanwhile LOT had extra employees sitting in the travel assistance office next to the line doing absolutely nothing. It demonstrated very poor utilization of resources. I will absolutely avoid flying with them the next time I go to Krakow."

Desventajas: "Economy class is not as comfy as Turkish. Food is decent, not good. No free beer :'( Too few movies and some equipment doesn't function well"

Ventajas: "I was boarded very professionally. I have a heart condition that requires medication. I explained this to the gate agent to request assistance in boarding and they complied with my request."
Desventajas: "LOT is not an airline that impressed me in any way. When I flew from Los Angeles to Warsaw, my bag was weighed, and I was told it was over limit. This, in spite of the fact that I weighed this bag on a calibrated scale prior to entering the airport, and my luggage was 5 pounds BELOW the limit. This seemed a blatant attempt to gain additional money from me, because I know the bag was not overweight. The food selections were average at best. Leaving Warsaw traveling to Los Angeles, we left almost an hour past our original scheduled departure do to the need to obtain additional supplies. On my next trip to Europe, I will look for alternate flight providers."

Ventajas: "Relatively new aircraft with not-bad room between the rows. Water, coffee and tea offered gratis, otherwise pay for snacks, but prices not bad. Good flight for a budget airline. Twi toilets for a full plane a bit ridiculous, but the flight was only 2 1/2 hours, so no big lines."
