The crew was very friendly and allowed us to sleep most of the flight --- I guess they figured that most of the travelers prefer to just sleep and not be disturbed during a 15-hour flight. There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."
Desventajas: "My flight started in Kathmandu and the layover for the connecting flight from Doha to LAX was 12 hours. I hope Qatar can come up with a schedule that will reduce the layover down to less hours while still giving passengers time to go on the city tour, if they want to."

Ventajas: "Me gustó que es una aerolínea que pone atención a los detalles, que trata a sus pasajeros con mucho respeto sin importar su procedencia. Por lo tanto es una aerolínea en la que se puede confiar. El personal siempre es muy amable y presto a colaborar."
Desventajas: "Se puede mejorar un poco el Menu :) tal vez variar lo un poco y el café."

Ventajas: "Tardó un poco en salir, no me gustó que el avión hacia demasiado ruido"

Ventajas: "era un avión muy pequeño, no se podía esperar mucha comodidad y era un vuelo corto, no hay mucho que decir"

Desventajas: "(1) The captain collected headsets 30 minutes before landing, causing us to miss the last 15 minutes of a movie. Why? (2) Very long cues for toilet use. (3) The baggage took more than half hour to arrive. (4) The chair in front of me reclined very far (more than those on its sides), making it very hard to eat, get up, or read. Need better maintenance."

Ventajas: "Buena calidad del aeropuerto, avión, trato y personal."

Ventajas: "Great departure time. Super comfortable even in coach."
Desventajas: "The second meal was a bit skimpy and not so tasty."

Desventajas: "Muy corta transferencia entre el vuelo Mexico - Munich y el vuelo Munich ademas de que el vuelo Mexico - Munich salio con 20 minutos de retraso, el personal de lufthansa no me ayudo a facilitar mi movimiento a traves del aeropuerto."

Desventajas: "Their computer terminals were down on the boarding area. Actually about 5 Boarding areas were down no one was available to give direction or answer questions until you got To the front of the line and many had to be sent then to a different line. Bad enough the terminals were down but not even close to German efficiency in handling the problem. Also several of the stewards were rather surly and short"

Desventajas: "Que, dado que me reprogramaron el viaje por otra empresa, mi valija no fue cargada a ese avión. La estoy esperando"

Ventajas: "Nothing. It was ok at best which is fine on a good day."
Desventajas: "Flight out was late due to the bus being late picking up the crew. We had to run for our connections. On the way back we were delayed again , leaving 20 minutes to make our connection. Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

Ventajas: "It is so nice to flight on board a plane were the staff knows what to do."

Ventajas: "I like the airline and the workers are great. I don't like when they charged for luggage that $60.00 each way like round trip is $120.00. It should be by weight is 50 lbs or 23 kilo for minimum and if it is over the weight than it should charged little more price."

Desventajas: "an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates"

Desventajas: "The Austrian airlines website is absolutely the worst and least user friendly that I've seen for an airline. I tried paying for my bags and it rejected half of the itinerary's bookings for no reason. It took a ton of clicks to get stuff done and I kept getting errors. Very limited movie selection."

Ventajas: "I never try Austrian airlines because this trip was my first trip with them and I'll say that it's one of the best trips I ever had the airport at Vienna it's very small and easy to go anywhere you want and it's super clean and the stuff at the airport are very helpful and they all speak English and I was able to get a hotel room with walking destination from the airport and it was a very good experience overall I'll definitely recommend to anyone and I'll definitely keep them on my top list"

Desventajas: "As on any airline these days the leg space in economy class is very limited. The movie selection was OK but not great."

Desventajas: "No snacks on flight of 12h 20min?! I was offered the appetizer (pretzel or biscuit - both of 14gr of product inside). This is unacceptable - overseas flights have to have some snacks No eye mask or ear plugs, nor socks for economy class Outdated entertainment"

Ventajas: "Can you assist my wife and me in getting Star alliance frequent flyer miles for this trip? Thanks"

Ventajas: "The cabin and gate crew provided a very friendly atmosphere. At the gate, the staff were very efficient in getting passengers on board despite the 20-30 minute delay. During the flight, attendants did a good job making sure meals were on time and drinks were offered often."
Desventajas: "Since the plane clearly came from another destination, the cleaning crew at Vienna International Airport could have taken some more time to vacuum the floor and wipe down the surfaces in the passenger cabin of the aircraft."

Desventajas: "We landed so close to our boarding time, by the time i got through everything, i was notified that i had to go to gate 11 for a special security check...it was stressful since my flight was boarding...i found it really frustrating . Ultimately the plane waited and it worked out, but the process was long and VERY stressful."

Ventajas: "Short flight and got a snack"

Ventajas: "Really impressed with the Austrian air staff representatives. Especially the folks at the ticket/checkin counter"
Desventajas: "That I did not fly this airlines before. They will be first on my list from now on."

Ventajas: "It's just normal seats with the middle seat blocked for Business class. It's not a true Business class seat by any definition. There is no entertainment system for this flight. I would choose to fly economy for this leg, if given the option as there is no added value to the Business class."

Ventajas: "That it is over"
Desventajas: "Check-in to Canada not possible when passengers have third country passport and Canadian residence card. A combination, although very common, proofed to difficult for AUA personnel. Because of check-in delays lousy seats and miserable overall experience."

Ventajas: "The rep was able to get me on Air France instead."
Desventajas: "This flight switch added a layover and 8 hrs to my journey home. Not to mention I was in a middle seat on the. 11 hr leg when I had originally booked a window seat."

Desventajas: "Service"

Desventajas: "Crew wasn't very helpful and didn't ensure my stroller was delivered at the aircraft exit Had trouble closing my suitcase into the overhead compartment and called for assistance, to which i got reprimanded for opening it in the first place Requested coffee because i couldn't get it myself, being with a sleeping toddler, to which i got a horrible answer: the flight attendant told me i had to get it myself in the kitchenette"

Ventajas: "Despite airport issues, we took off quickly and all went well. No complaints"
Desventajas: "No problems."

Ventajas: "Left on time, exit row seats and a simple, yet adequate meal. The beverage cart came by a few times."
Desventajas: "No tv, maps or entertainment at all."

Ventajas: "The plane was clean, fresh looking. Flight attendants were helpful and courteous."
Desventajas: "Check in at Vienna airport was awful! Chaotic, no help! Kiosk software was horrible. Touch screens didn't work. No back button so, if you made a mistake you had to start from the beginning. Passport reader was not working properly. Machines were slow and delayed in responding. Not enough staff available for assistance. Arrival at LAX was even worse. Plane had to taxi for 30 minutes all about the airport runways. Finally got to a gate -almost on the beach! Then had to bus everyone to main terminal. Slow in getting bags to the passenger pickup. It took us 2 hours post touchdown to get out of the airport! Almost missed the airport shuttle,"

Ventajas: "Everything was excellent!"

Ventajas: "Our seats 35 A & C were comfortable as they were to the back of the plane where it narrows to two seats per side row. Seemed like extra leg room. Crew was very friendly and helpful. Flight was smooth and uneventful. Good movie choices. Bathroom was clean and nearby. Plane seemed newer Boeing model. The City Airport Transport (CAT) train from the Vienna airport to city center was fantastic. We were able to check our luggage and get boarding passes where we boarded the CAT at the metro station and did not have to wait in line at the airport...wonderful system!"
Desventajas: "At the gate there was a line formed for a second passport check but it was not clear to passengers that they needed to go through this line. A significant number of us had SSSS on our boarding passes which required us to go through a second, more thorough, TSA security procedure. We had to remove shoes, take electronics including phones from cases, have purse contents gone through by personnel, be screened for residue, etc. Due to this process and the fact that we were not advised to stand in the line, a number of passengers went through the second security check at the last minute which caused our takeoff to be delayed. The pilot made up the time during the flight. I ordered low sodium meal which ended up to be the same food at both meals which was a disappointment - pasta with tomato, eggplant sauce."

Ventajas: "Good service, nice staff (better than US carriers easily)"
Desventajas: "2.5 hours to receive baggage - this might be on LAX"

Ventajas: "Good food, lots of movies, flight attendants friendly"
Desventajas: "We paid to pre-book our seats and when we got on the plane they had been given away. We heard several different reasons, none of which made is feel better about the two middle seats we were told we had no choice but to take, while people who had NOT prepaid sat in our aisle seat. It was offensive to be forced to pay to select our seats in advance on a major international airline in the first place, and then to not have those honored just made it worse."

Ventajas: "The seats on Austrian airline are very comfortable"
Desventajas: "Lufthansa lost my luggage for the first two days of my trip. It really hindered my ability to enjoy my first couple days of a fairly short trip to a new country"

Ventajas: "Fastboarding, left on time. Cleaner aircraft, too small for carry on. Carry on promised at staircase, delivered at luggage claim."

Ventajas: "that everything was in order - alles in ordnung, without much fuss. short flight, no time to get dissapointments, but I did not expect some anyway."
