Great flight great food
Ventajas: "El avión muy moderno, la puntualidad."

Desventajas: "The food is horrible. Bring your own sandwiches. The flight attendants are very nice, but inexperienced. Our flight had to wait for the fate to clear and passengers got up and started taking their bags down while on an active taxi way. They were walking around while the plane was moving."
Desventajas: "The food was really bad, with no good choices. And the staff were not friendly - most didn't speak English, but that wasn't a big deal for us"
Desventajas: "The check in counter could open earlier. The line up was long. Our flight leaves at 0210 to Nanjing while the flights to Beijing leaves at 2:30 yet the check in counter open earlier than ours."

Ventajas: "Our flight to phuket went off without a hitch. The plane was a little cramped but it wasn’t terrible for the price we payed"
Desventajas: "On our return flight, we arrived at the airport to the airline telling us that we were not allowed to board our flight because we didn’t have a visa for our layover. It had not been made clear by the agency that this was a requirement and so we never looked into it. We just assumed we would be able to stay in the airport for the duration of our layovers. We were forced to book and alternate and very expensive flight. Not pleased. Will not be using again."

Desventajas: "This was by far the worst airline experience I've ever had. This airline almost appears to go out of its way to treat it's customers poorly. The experience starting with check-in is a customer service nightmare."
Ventajas: "CE has B777 to/from JFK which are up to date and comfortable. The biz class is similar to all others, lie flat and more than enough entertainment. The flight attendants are fantastic, always willing to do what ever they can."
Desventajas: "Often you must deplane/board from the tarmac on connecting flights in PVG. Of course only an issue during in climate weather or if you have difficulty with steps. They are building another terminal so hopefully in a year or so all flights can board form the terminal."

No hacen el menor esfuerzo en ayudarte y ofrecerte algo de comer que no sea esa comida horrorosa! La comida es Terrible! Jamás en mi vida, en ninguna clase o compañía me ofrecieron una comida fan asquerosa. Llevar lonchera!"

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed almost 5 hours causing me to miss a very important business meeting. This happened to me going to Lhasa as well as returning to Chengdu."
Desventajas: "Over 3 hour delay. 2 hours spent waiting on the tarmac. They served the food before take-off, which wasn't a good sign."
