Desventajas: "Every Korean flight I had this trip was delayed. Created problems when Korean Air gives you 1 hour to transfer at Incheon. When transferring, all passengers need to go through security again and there are long lines. Airport attendants were not nice and made us ask people to cut in line. After running through the airport, we then find out the plane was delayed an hour to accommodate other delayed connections! They could have told us this before but only rushed us off."

Flight attendants were exceptionally efficient, professional, courteous, and outstanding ambassadors for ANA and Japan itself. In the US Marine Corps we would say "Ooo Rah". I may heed to check out your milage club and stop using various carriers for my trans Pacific flights. Thank you very much ANA."

Desventajas: "Sleeping on the seat gets really hot. I wish I'd had a change of clothes to sleep in - light cotton. On some other airlines they give you a bed roll; because you're lying against the seat a lot of heat is reflected back to you. Think ahead and wardrobe change in the bathroom on the plane."

Desventajas: "This flight was delayed, and us passengers were not given any information throughout this process. I was surprised at how small the business class seats were. I am 6'6", and my knees were touching the seat in front of me. The crew had limited English skills, so communication was a struggle. The entertainment options on the flight were unbelievably bad. Almost all the programs were Korean, and the few English-speaking things they had were not great. Truly, this is the worst entertainment selection I have ever seen on an international flight (with the exception of the 1 other time I flew Asiana)."

No pudimos guardar el equipaje de cabina en nuestros compartimentos porque estaban ocupados por bultos del personal de vuelo o estaban precintados. Tuvimos que dispersar todo nuestro equipaje por todo el avión. Este echo se vio agravado porque otros pasajeros llevaron mas bultos de lo permitido. No nos llegó la ración de desayuno. Increíblemente se habían acabado. Gracias a la tripulación que sacó, no se de donde, algo de fruta, pudimos desayunar."

El supervisor Mauricio Velez fue desatento y grosero la única solución que nos dieron fue conectar en un vuelo de Delta que supuestamente salía 8:10 am y con sorpresa al llegar a Miami nos dimos cuenta que era 8:10 pm. Pésimo servicio"
