Ventajas: "We asked for the seafood meal option. Great food and we were served before regular meal service. The ANA staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. The economy class seats were surprisingly comfortable and the entertainment options were well-rounded. We hope to fly on ANA again!"

Ventajas: "The large windows on the 787 are really a big plus for someone like me who likes to look out the window. To have the added ability to dim the window progressively is just too cool. Even if the sun is bright, you can still look out and enjoy the view. I love this feature of the 787 and am always a little disappointed when I'm back in any other aircraft."

They said I needed a vista for the length of stay which I always get when I am in Manila for the past 8-10 years that I have been going without any prior warning before I confirmed this booking! I was charged $500.00 to change the departure date! Outrageous!"

I love it how they had Korean traditional foods and American foods for the choice! I had 2 free bags checked with 22kg for each which satisfied me. Also I brought 2 small carry on bags. The only thing is the English of some servers were not really good. Sometimes they didn't understand what customers said. But I think it is just fine"

We had a hard time checking in on line, and as a person in my 60s I very much need an asile seat which she arranged. Check in was extremely efficient in a crowded airport. Would definitley fly again."

Desventajas: "Upon arrival back in Seoul, the bridge would not work properly. We had to wait on the airplane for 45 minutes, causing all of us to miss the last buses from the airport to our neighborhoods. What is usually a 12,000 KRW bus ride turned into a 130,000 taxi ride. (The jimjilbang downstairs was full.) If they had brought out stairs and buses immediately, instead of waiting so long, we might have made it to the buses."

Desventajas: "Flight was again delayed going to and coming from Manila.. Time allotted for transfers from LA to Seoul and Seoul to Manila of 1+ hr. is too short. Security is very strict which is good but you just arrived from one airline and transferring to another airline in 1 hr."

Desventajas: "Was charged USD 350 for one overweight bag. Asked Etihad beforehand if I could use a 72 transit visa to enter china on my current itenary. They said it was fine. I was stopped at the gatein Seoul by Asians who refused to board me on the plane because my itenary was incorrect. Will never fly either of these airlines again, and am currently seeking repayment for my unintended 4 day stay in Seou"

Desventajas: "The week before notice of aircraft switch (which gate agent said happens very frequently) from flat bed to old style 2 + 2 seating, with angle, and quite uncomfortable seat, is apparently a frequent Asiana bait and switch. This is a deceptive and inexcusable and deceitful practice. Too bad, because the crews are so good, but doesn't make up for 12 hours without sleep, before an important meeting."
