No me gusto el retraso de hora y media en la salida del vuelo
Nos obligaron a facturar y pagar 50€ por una maleta cuando la Ida de Madrid- Frankfurt nos la perdieron y rompieron, las personas que nos atendió no nos gustó el trato
Una excelente atención y servicio y muy grato escuchar tu idioma (español) con el personal abordo del vuelo

Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Desventajas: "La atención de un par de azafatas al no saber español no fue bueno el trato, mientras que con otra azafata no hubo problemas y nos ayudo a poder cambiar de asientos ya que eramos 5 personas y nos dieron los 5 asientos separados aun estando con niños"

El check in en Palermo fue un desastre. No te explican nada y tuve que repreguntar varias veces a la persona que me atendió. En cambio, de Roma a Barcelona el vuelo fue excelente y la atención en el segundo check in tambien.

Me vendieron un vuelo sobrevendido por lo cual tuve que esperar a ser la última en embarcar, me dieron el último asiento de todos entre medio de 25 adolescentes que no se quedaron quietos en todo el vuelo. DESASTRE
More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.

Desventajas: "Actually having a seat would have been nice. When I arrived at the airport I was told I was on standby and did not have an assigned seat. I was forced to pay an additional €90 how to secure and upgraded seat. I will never fly this airline again"

One of the flights was cancelled and nobody knew which line to use as the check-in employees provided no information."

When I missed my connection in FRA they rebooked me on FRA-YVR-YYZ. That’s a day in a hotel then flying half way around the world to save them a buck. Terrible airline and I’ll never fly them again."

Desventajas: "Our first leg of the trip was canceled by CONDOR. We had to frantically get help from a general ticket counter for our flight from Rome to Frankfurt. It was an epic ending to a horrible flight experience. Because our flight to Rome was beyond awful, we asked for a free seat upgrade and were told that they are unable to do that. They have zero customer service and don't seem to care about the customers at all."

Desventajas: "Were not informed that their card readers don't read visa debit cards. So no movies or alcohol for 10 hours. Would have been nice to know beforehand. At the end of the trip, I was not carrying US cash nor was I in a country that used Euros."

Desventajas: "Staff was very rude. Food was not very good. Also drinks were only available with meals. Not much room to walk or stand to stretch your legs."

Desventajas: "I think it is outrageous to cut down on services on a long haul flight like this - no blankets or pillows, and having to pay extra for entertainment has Ryan-air- style quality and is not what I would expect on long haul flights with condor. I understand trying to incentivise booking premium economy, but there is definitely a higher level of quality and service with other airlines in economy class at competitive prices."
Desventajas: "The seats were unbearable. I have flown an international flight before and it wasn't nearly as uncomfortable as this flight was. You people purposely make coach unbearable so that we pretty much have to suck it up and pay the extra money to fly in the better section where when I flew in Lufthansa it was comfy and I had no problems. I will NEVER fly with condor again after this trip. You are a pathetic excuse for an airline"

Desventajas: "The fact I told them way ahead of time that my girlfriend couldn't make the flight and there was no way to get my money back even though I had insurance on my flight .I figured that's the reason for purchasing the insurance to prevent getting screwed over . I was told just to change the flight date would have cost me 350 and that was the best they could do for me. Since my girlfriend didn't end up going I am now down 500 dollars for nothing .Thank you Condor for stealing my money"
