No e-mail, no call so we get to the airport 2 hours ahead of departure to find out we have to sit around the airport for 4 hours. This was NOT a last minute delay. This was the second Sun country flight in a row that was late. The first was a ramp gate hold for weather at the destination. Not sure why this one was late."

I keep getting switched from one person to another without any feed back and it's so frustrating. They delays were due to weather which I can understand but there was absolutely no communication from the airline and had everyone including myself extremely frustrated. We landed in Stewart, NY with no warning or information. Was a nightmare."

Desventajas: "I stayed at airport bar waiting for friends at SeaTac. Bag stayed on carousal for 2 hrs, but no signage of where it was. No one from Sun Country was at the terminal at all (nobody at ticketing or any bag service). I called service in MPLS and they emailed someone at SeaTac to contact me. I was able to locate it myself on one of the 16 carousals, but didn't receive a call for another 90 minutes."

Desventajas: "My boyfriend and I purchased our seats separately and we asked if there was a way that we could be seated together. The man that was checking in our bags said no and that the plane was full. We were fine with it, but after awhile he said that he found a couple seats together in the emergency exit aisle. It was great! We got on the plane and there were tons of extra seats, the plane was not full and I believe that he was too lazy to look for seats together upon our first request."

Desventajas: "Did not like that we couldn't print boarding passes from home. Had to check in at counter. On return trip, an overnight trip, we were told that there were no seats together so paid for exit row tickets. In flight there were plenty of seats empty. A passenger from somewhere else used ALL 3 of the exit rows seats in front of us to lay down and sleep. They did NOT pay for those seats. We did. No snacks offered. Calling Sun Country, the hold time was more than an hour."
Desventajas: "There were multiple rows of empty seats, so I moved in order to lay down and sleep. After I had fallen asleep I was shaken awake by a flight attendant telling me in a very rude tone I couldn't sleep there because I hadn't paid for the seats. I had obviously paid my air fare and the seats were vacant. I will never fly Sun Country again because of how I was treated by their flight attendants."
Ventajas: "The luggage fee is reasonable. The flight was on-time. Spacious seat."
Desventajas: "The luggage fee is cheaper when paid on-line, but when I tried to pay on-line, an error message popped up. I ended up paying at the registered desk which is $10 more."

Desventajas: "HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Ha sido sin duda uno de los peores vuelos de mi vida (y llevo volando casi cada semana desde hace más de 15 años). La experiencia ha sido la siguiente: El vuelo no se podía modificar. Antes incluso de volar, pasé horas al teléfono después de hacer la reserva cuando me di cuenta que era vuelo operado por AA, para intentar una modificación, pero no fue posible: iberia me remitía a la agencia, la agencia a Iberia, Iberia a AA y AA a Iberia. Un desastre. El cambio de vuelo no lo pude hacer. No se podía hacer check in ni upgrade. 1-2 días antes del vuelo, traté de hacer un upgrade a Business. Misma situación: me pasaron de unos a otros y al final me dijeron q esperara hasta día del vuelo para hacer un ¨same day upgrade¨ a business El día del vuelo, no pude hacer check in online en casa, ni en las máquinas del aeropuerto y estuve más de 40min para hacerlo en persona en el mostrador porque la agente de AA decía que el billete de Iberia le daba problemas y tuvo que "re-issue" un nuevo billete. (Siempre suelo tener este tipo de problemas) Traté de hacer upgrade de nuevo como me recomendaron por teléfono y no pude (y me refiero a upgrade pagando!), y eso que había 11 sitios libre en Business según la persona que me atendió, y q estaban ofreciendo upgrades con ofertas a los pasajeros. Pero al parecer con mi billete comprado a Iberia no podía hacer upgrade de pago con AA. Así que después de dar mil vueltas y llamar a todo el mundo desde el check in, por teléfono, a Iberia, a AA... no se pudo hacer, aunque me habían asegurado que podría hacerlo el día del vuelo. Tenía que volar en turista y el vuelo en turista estaba lleno porque, ni pagando la tarifa (ques estaba totalmente dispuesta a pagar), podían darme un biellete de business. Se retrasó. Después nos tuvieron 4H Y MEDIA DE RETRASO ESPERANDO EN EL AVIÓN SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y SIN PODER SALIR Hemos llegado a Madrid a las 12.30pm en vez de las 8.30am. He perdido todas mis reuniones de la mañana, por supuesto estoy sin dormir porque no pude dormir casi nada en el avión volando en turista, y con el frío y demás, y estoy hasta enferma de las 4 horas sudando, seguidas de las 7 horas de frío invernal. Horribles condiciones del avión y de la experiencia. Azafatas MUY desagradables y maleducadas. El avión estaba sucio y no tenía enchufes (aunque en el ticket que compré especificaba que sí), así que no pude trabajar con mi ordenador ni cargar en teléfono. Cuando le pedí a la azafata que por favor me cargara mi teléfono o me diera un asiento donde pudiera cargarlo, me informó que no había enchufes (aunque por supuesto sé que los hay) y que "podía salirme del vuelo si quería". En general las azafatas eran MUY DESAGRADABLES con todos los pasajeros de turista (varias personas más se quejaron de su trato). No había enterntainment en el avión (no había pantallas individuales y las generales no funcionaban (al menos donde yo estaba, aunque si hubieran funcionado tampoco s veían y el sonido"

Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am
Cheap flight, on time!
Ventajas: "Amazing flight crew."
Desventajas: "NA, all was well."
Desventajas: "They charged $3 for water, nothing complementary."
Ventajas: "Great crew. Everything was on time. Loved it"
Desventajas: "The seats were the most uncomfortable seats I've ever dealt with on a flight."
Ventajas: "The gate crew was absolutely wonderful. They made the delay bearable. The were very entertaining and friendly."
Desventajas: "The delay. Couldn’t be helped, but still annoying."

Ventajas: "Direct flight was very nice. Took off on time and arrived slightly early. Flight crew was friendly and efficient."
Desventajas: "Baggage check not staffed until 2 hrs before flight and then it's a 20-30 minute wait to check a bag. Seats were uncomfortable, but tolerable for 2 hrs."
Ventajas: "Nonstop flight. Wish it was available year round!"
Desventajas: "Our boarding and flight was delayed, but we were given no explanation."
Desventajas: "Everything went quickly and smoothly. Great flight; even the weather was less turbulent than expected."

Desventajas: "Three hour delay? Unacceptable. Not entirely the airline’s fault, but still..3 hours. Not good."
Ventajas: "We had about a 45 minute weather delay but those things can't be helped. The Captain kept us informed and he flew like superman getting us through all that crazy wind coming into Las Vegas. The plane was new and clean, the crew was great. Love that wide aisle...it eliminates that sardine feeling!!"
Ventajas: "The boarding wasn’t smooth, there were 3 women at the podium listing zones and it was very mumbled and low, quite hard to hear despite the small area dedicated to Allegiant passengers."
Desventajas: "The women at the podium listing flights could have been friendlier and more customer service oriented... there was a lot of mumbling into the speaker for boarding ... and the person kept giggling into the mic. Once past boarding, everything was great !"
Desventajas: "They could have not been 8hrs late"
Ventajas: "Allegiant knows how to get people off and back on the plane ASAP. The last few flights I have taken we left early and arrived earlier than planned because of this. Crew was friendly. I like the fact the flights are direct and no layovers at airports."

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed multiple times, the directions on having boarding passes on the app or printed prior were not given so found that our last minute to avoid paying the front desk clerk $5.00. The flight landed 5 hours later than scheduled which is completely unacceptable."
Ventajas: "Short flight and pilot was able to explain delay"
Desventajas: "Long delay due to many planes in front of us, no offer of water only drinks we have to pay for"
Desventajas: "Fight was changed then late"
Ventajas: "Early out and early in."
Desventajas: "It was to uncomfortable to sit there in the plane for so long. I also noticed one of the flight attendants with the long brunette hair kept over looking me but would be in all the guys faces instead. Pretty sure it was a jelouse thing. The shorter brunette girl was really pleasant"
Ventajas: "Boarding was better than other airlines."
Desventajas: "Seats are uncomfortable and do NOT recline!"
Ventajas: "The flight left on time and was fine."
Desventajas: "This flight was at a small airport and we waited in line for security longer than at a large airport. There were 5 flights going through security at the same time with nothing scheduled later. Why not spread them out a bit and save everyone some time?"
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed 6 hours."
Ventajas: "Even though the flight was delayed by more than 2 hours, we were able to make it home."
Desventajas: "Started with constant delays. Flight ended up leaving around 8:30 when the flight was supposed to leave at 5:59. Once boarded there were no snacks, no liquor and only a few options to drink. The flight attendant was mumbling and kept on messing up what he was supposed to say the entire flight."
Ventajas: "It was exceervice"
Ventajas: "Crew likes to have fun with their passengers -- making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. It's a budget airline so you have to pay for things like refreshments and snacks (also, carryons and if you want you boarding pass printed at the airport) -- but don't let that sway you! All it takes is a little prior organization (we packed a couple of sandwiches and printed our passes at home, plus packed very light). Overall a great experience."
Desventajas: "Seats are uncomfortable- they do not recline and the springs in the seat back pole into your back"

Ventajas: "First time flyer on this airline... I loved that it was a DIRECT flight halfway across the country."
Desventajas: "Where to start... i guess for starters EVERYTHING is an upcharge. I was suprissed the seatbelts were included! Less legroom than a Cesna 152 and surrounded by 159 of my closest friends. And i mean SURROUNDED. That cabin is SO tight! So tight in fact the seats are a blow mold plastic with roughly 1.5" of foam and fabric. Think go-cart bucket seat with some foam rubber and pleather. Then there's luggage... My carry on bag (that I've used for 15yrs) was too big for the jig at the counter so got to check it for an additional $10 (above the $30 i had to pay to bring it) and they charged me $40 for my original check bag. The hitch is that they only allow 40lbs ($1/lb) for that check bag when the rest of the industry says 50lbs is the norm. Oops, gotta pay for that too! And wait for it... sodas are $2 in flight!"
Ventajas: "Cost. I felt like I got what I paid for. With big name carriers I'm never quite sure what I'm paying for. Allegiant got me from point A to point B in the same manner. I just didn't get complimentary peanuts. And I'm quite okay with that. Seating, space, cleanliness was the same as other carriers. As long as Allegiant maintains their planes I'll keep flying with them."
Desventajas: "Everything was satisfactory. I don't have any complaints about this flight."
Ventajas: "flight took off on time"
Ventajas: "Very smooth ride and attentive friendly staff"
Desventajas: "Snacks were over charged."
