Ventajas: "Even though there was no TV screen in the headrest, we were all provided with IPads to view. The controls on the IPad were quicker than the in headset TV's. The seats were comfortable and we all received a flight packet that included a toothbrush, eye shades, ear plugs and a pair of socks for our comfort! Blankets and pillows were in our seats when we arrived."
Desventajas: "I missed being able to see our flight path. On a long flight it's difficult to keep track of where we are and now much longer we will be in the air without the flight tracker. My baggage was misplaced, so I was delayed by needing to fill out forms for lost luggage. Thankfully, it was located before I reached my connecting flight."

Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Then we didn’t have any ground crew to get us off loading ramp. Finally got away 90 minutes or more after scheduled departure. Circled LA a few times before getting to land.... long flight with long delays!"

Desventajas: "There was a sick lady and she wouldn't stop coughing. That was gross"
Ventajas: "Our flight from Australia was delayed, resulting in our missing our connecting Westjet flight. Not only did Westjet get us on the next available flight, but the staff were friendly and very helpful. They made it seem like it was no problem at all, even though we were on the cheapest fare."
Ventajas: "crewmembers were very nice"
Desventajas: "Huge delay with the flight with no explanation"
Ventajas: "Nice flight crew."
Desventajas: "Ground crew couldn’t get luggage on plane fast enough because of lack of staff so we sat on tarmac for 2 hours."
Ventajas: "The crew were friendly and professional; the flight was safe--by far the top priority!"
Desventajas: "The plane needed a jump start before we could leave Vancouver (this was during daytime, sunny skies, about +1°C), which didn't inspire confidence in the plane's airworthiness and which delayed our departure by almost an hour. But evidently the crew followed the required procedure and we arrived safely in Calgary. Better to be a bit late than to have an unsafe flight."
Ventajas: "Flight crew was excellent. Very attentive to passenger needs and requests."
Desventajas: "Food choices were limited and they ran out of basic choice. Had very limited wine from menu - should really restock before a long flight like YVR to KOA."
Desventajas: "Generally announcemect is too fast and not clear, especially the boarding anouncement regarding the order of boarding is not clear. Please be more considerate for the aged and hard of hearing, infrequent traveller."
Ventajas: "Flight was good, crew was courteous and boarded on time. Cabin space was adequate and the entertainment provided through WestJet’s app is very good."
Desventajas: "We left late and had a very hard landing"
Ventajas: "Charlotte and Johnny spiced up the safety brief with some humor, it definitely made the flight more enjoyable and to have a friendly, funny and relaxed flight crew."

Desventajas: "To the best of my knowledge I paid for a window seat on my trip to Montreal. It was the only option I elected to pay for, yet, I found myself in the middle seat. A personal life lesson we’ll learned and an experience to be remembered & considered, under advisement, on any future bookings."
Ventajas: "The person giving the announcements was HILARIOUS. Made listening to the usual safety info much more fun."
Desventajas: "The French on the flight was a little wonky in that it kind of came in in chunks instead of one flowy message like it did in english"

Desventajas: "Traten de no usar esa aerolínea, me dejaron tirado 2 veces en USA, me tocó comprar un vuelo con otra aerolínea para regresar a mi país, son mediocres y altaneros en el Counter de Raleigh, me trataron pésimo."
Ventajas: "Good movie selection. Buena seleccion de peliculas."
Desventajas: "Broken suitecase. Crew was grummpy. Me rompieron la maleta. La tripulacion estaba de mal humor."

Ventajas: "Nada , mi primer vuelo salió con mucho retraso y casi pierdo mi conexión en Miami , de hecho mi maleta perdió la conexión y no llego conmigo . Nadie me aviso y estuve más de hora y media para que me dieran explicaciones por la falta de mi equipaje"
Desventajas: "La información y comunicación con los viajeros"
Desventajas: "Vuelo internacional de 9 horas sin entretenimiento!! Monitores colgados del techo. Equipamiento de 30 años o más de antigüedad. Algo vergonzoso"

Ventajas: "Nada. El avión es tan viejo q da hasta miedo que no llegue. No tiene ningún tipo de entretenimiento, más teniendo en cuenta que es un vuelo intercontinental."
Desventajas: "Asientos, poner pantallas, que es un vuelo de 9 horas!!!! No caben los carryon en los espacios asignados!! Es todo viejo y vetusto. Tiene monitores colgados del techo!!! Parece un viaje en el tiempo a 30 años atrás. Una vergüenzas que traten a los pasajeros así. No vuelo nunca más en American."

Desventajas: "Volaba en business, y lo único que nos dieron fue una bebida y una barrita energética. El asiento, aunque ancho, es viejo y incómodo."

Desventajas: "Nos demoraron 40 min en asignar puerta para desembarcar, tuvimoa que caminar todo el aeropuerto de miami porque el equipaje salio por la gate asignada inicialmente al avion y mi valija se fue para un vuelo de conexion. Media hora de espera mas y termine perdiendo el transfer al hotel y tuve que esperar 3 horas mas al proximo. Un vuelo de 2 horas me llevo todo el dia"
Ventajas: "El servicio y disposición que tiene avianca es bueno y siempre superando las expectativas, desde el check in en el counter."
Desventajas: "La pésima organización de las azafatas para subir la gente al avión, pésima la organización creando un desorden absoluto."
Ventajas: "Agilidad en el abordaje, salió a tiempo y llegó antes de lo previsto."
Desventajas: "El vuelo estaba lleno y en vez de documentar a la gente que traía maletas grandes a la cabina, me quitaron la mía que era chica y solo tenía una una. El tema era que en el apuro dejé los documentos de migraciones en dicha maleta y fue un gran problema al aterrizar"
Ventajas: "Viaje agradable, no tan cómodo pero pasable y limpio."

Desventajas: "El personal muy desatento! Me tiraron literalmente en las piernas mientras dormía un paquete de galletas. Los asientos incómodos, la televisión con películas viejas! No ofrecieron ni siquiera audífonos."
Ventajas: "La puntualidad para departure y amabilidad de los funcionarios. Afortunadamente el avión era confortable en lineas generales"
Desventajas: "La comida asquerosa , aunque la amabilidad de las flight attendant compenso la experiencia"

Desventajas: "Poco entretenimiento."

Ventajas: "La puntualidad. El aseo del avión y la seriedad de los tripulantes."
Desventajas: "Deberían modernizar los equipos multimedia. El enchufe de corriente de mi puesto no funcionaba. Los auriculares que te dan se escuchan horrible. Las películas de los vuelos hacia o desde Latinoamérica deberían ser como mínimo Subtituladas al español. Hay muchísima gente que viaja y no sabe inglés. La verdad no entiendo como se les puede pasar ese detalle!"
