Distancia entre pasajeros muy buena con asientos libres entre cada dos. El entretenimiento a bordo nulo. Accesos wifi pero de pago. Toda la comida de pago.

On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"

Desventajas: "The crew was grumpy and unhelpful, but I can usually overlook that. What really got me was this: YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BEER & WINE ON THIS INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT! Never in my 25 years of international travel have I seen this from a mainstream carrier. For this fact alone, I will never fly this airline again. You also have to pay to pick your seats in advance."
Desventajas: "We paid over $75 for each piece of checked luggage. We could have saved 40% by pre-purchase but were not warned when purchasing our flights for almost the same price as the cost of the luggage."

Ventajas: "boarding is different and they were talking over pa announcements at heathrow so you could not hear what to do. you go through one ticket agent to the down stairs to another ticket agent. everyone knowing what to expect crowded around the second ticket agent and there because of that forget about boarding by row or zone you couldn't get throught the crowd. plus the second ticket agent was right next to the downstairs escalator so people coming late got on before us."

Desventajas: "In-flight entertainment did not work, veggie meal I ordered was not there, and when I asked if I could have one of the extra business class meals, I was told no. I further asked if I could just have some chips from the snack basket and that was met with a death glare from the female flight attendant. All in all, the flight attendants were rude and unwilling to accept any ownership in the poor conditions of this 9 hour flight."

They would push and shove anyone in their way, instead of saying “excuse me”. Paying for ONE check in bag should not be $95. Most airlines charge between $20-50 for the first bag. Also no snacks for a long flight."

Ventajas: "There is good legroom, and hip room. Crew is very pleasant and react promptly. You have a nice entertainment system - if you remember your headphones."
Desventajas: "No food on a long flight - not even a bag of pretzels. If you forget headphones you have to buy them, whereas other airlines offer them for free."

I asked the flight attendants if I could I've and they said "no it's a different class". I paid for a seat on your airline and all I wanted was that seat but was given something Waltham was not what I paid for. Also, I had to hold my water bottle and book bc there was no seat back pocket. It was a miserable flight. Especially since the gentleman on the other side of the plane in front of the emerge door was able to move to one of the seats that, "was a different class". I guess just a different class for me??"
Desventajas: "I was surprised that we did not get a meal service, not even a little snack for a long hall, from D.C. to Iceland. The only service we had was the water. I probably won't fly with this airline again....Sorry."
Desventajas: "Reykjavik airport was cramped, with no good food options behind security. Would not bring my stroller to me; they did have (broken) strollers for common use, but I didn't get my stroller until IAD baggage claim (and it was soaking wet). So I had to go through the haul to immigration line with no stroller."
Ventajas: "We really loved the price and the service was fine. Having the stopover in Iceland on our way to England was a treat and the schedule was fine."

Ventajas: "Flight was cheapest option for a family of 6. We had mechanical issues prior to leaving DC and missed our connecting flight. Icelandair did a great job in putting us in a hotel and providing free transportation to and from the airport. Reykjavik is a beautiful city and we made the best of the layover. We plan to come back to Iceland for a longer visit to explore more."
Desventajas: "Next time I would plan for a stop over-- it seemed to run so smoothly that it must of happened often. We lost a day in Paris due to the delay which we were disappointed in and they did nothing for our lost hotel day that was paid for."

We asked the Icelandair woman at the gate if our bags made it even though our layover was short and she seemed annoyed by the question, and said "Yes. All the time." Our bags did not make it, and it took an hour and a half after waiting for our nonexistent bags for 30 minutes to report them as missing, as there were two employees in the office for 30 people whose bags didn't make it."

Espacio entre filas es muy ajustado. El proceso de check-in fue excesivamente largo, 1:15 hr, sólo habia 2 counter para hacer check-in. Después el proceso de boarding también fue muy desorganizado.

Desventajas: "Excelente no como spirit en una reservación previa q hizo q perdiera mi vuelo de conexión para llegar como destino final a Sevilla... por eso he tomado la vía Miami Portugal Sevilla"
Ventajas: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Desventajas: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Desventajas: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."
