Desventajas: "There was a three hour delay, perhaps due to weather. The late plane arrived, as expected, at 1 pm, with a departure time of 1:40 pm. Including a needed ten minute de-icing procedure, we actually took-off at 2:30 pm. I never found out what caused the three hour delay."

Paying extra should be if I want to upgrade a seat and not for a seat in an area that I already paid for. This was definitely not an upgraded seat. I will avoid flying Sun Country in the future."

Finally SC put me on a different airline on a flight that left 12 hours later. No compensation for food or other costs incurred as a result of this problem. I understand that things don't always go right but it is important to provide good customer service on those occasions. SC failed me."
