En el 6 increíble en silla de ruedas con un friaso y con resfrío...volar primera clase y recibir un trato denigrante todo por culpa del servicio de migración , que no estaba presente en el gate 6...... No tiene precio.....nunca más tomare un vuelo internacional después de las 6.30 de la noche.desde Guadalajara."

Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

This was definitely a -1 customer experience as many customers complained, missed connecting flights, or like myself - had to call my office at an ungodly hour and explain that i’d be missing work"

Ventajas: "I like the staff. Very warm and helpful."
Desventajas: "I didn't like how cold it was"
Ventajas: "Can't really complain re: a direct flight for less than other airlines charge for a flight with layovers. Large, comfortable plane with good food. $25 for an exit row seat was worthwhile as I had 4 rows(!) to myself. Flight attendants were great."
Desventajas: "No in-flight entertainment. When I chose my seat online, I was made to believe it was basically a full flight (only ~3 seats were available and they were all middle seats) so I spent $25 on an exit row seat. Once we boarded, it became apparent that there were a TON of open seats and I would have been able to get an aisle. Kind of sketchy for them to misrepresent the seating like that."
Desventajas: "While I appreciate that amenities need to be cut back to keep costs low, it would have been nice to not have to pay $5 for a blanket."
Ventajas: "Safe travel"
Desventajas: "Flight was late to board and take off Food has limited gluten free options"
Ventajas: "Most aspects of the experience were without flaw for mishap. The entire flight was comfortable. Boarding was easy and we were not nickled and dimed throughout the trip. The luggage accommodations were reasonable and transparent."
Desventajas: "The flight was delayed almost an hour. Baggage service at JFK was not good."
Ventajas: "On time. Great staff. Leaves from a nice smaller airport."
Desventajas: "Was disappointed that when checking in online - we were forced to have to pay an additional cost for each seat on the departing and return flight."
Ventajas: "With no additional charge Sun Country gave me a free upgrade to first class, an amazing experience that really brightened my day! On top of perks like a tasty breakfast consisting of a chicken feta and mushroom omelette, pastry and fresh fruit, the staff was absolutely amazing and all of my needs were taken care of before I knew I even needed anything. Really, it was such a fantastic experience!"
Desventajas: "I have no complaints"

Ventajas: "Not much. I liked that the plane landed me home safe, even though it was a very rough landing"
Desventajas: "I arrived to the airport extra early, chose a window seat purposely because I'm a very nervous flyer and need to see what's surrounding me. When I went to board the plane, my ticket wouldn't scan. So I had to bring it back to the desk and the lady changed my seat without saying a word. I asked why and she said, unpleasantly, there was a mistake made by checkin obviously. Not even an I'm sorry. And not only was my seat changed, it was changed to the last row of the plane (literally row 26, the absolute last row) and the middle seat. There was no entertainment offered until way into the flight, mind you it's only a two hour flight. The flight crew had no control over the pass angers and were yelling at them almost the entire flight."
Ventajas: "The crew was very courteous and friendly"
Desventajas: "I thought that for the amount of money that this flight costs, there should at least be a free snack; especially if there is a delay"
Ventajas: "Flight attendants were very attentive and kind."
Desventajas: "My tray table was broken so I couldn't use my laptop on the flight and lost working hours. My armrest was also broken making the entire seat pretty uncomfortable. There was less foot room than other airlines I fly."
Desventajas: "flight was delayed for 3 hours"
Desventajas: "Let me start by saying I understand that airlines dont have it easy. Thinning margins, regulations, and insane competition. Sun country delayed their flight (claiming weather, despite no reports) and I missed my connecting flight. Prior to the flight, I told the agent that I would miss my connection and that I should fly later. But they insisted they would hold the connecting plane. I and a dozen passengers were rudely told that we were on the morning flight, and it's up to us what to do over night. Any major airlines would have covered the hotel, and the agents would have actually empathized with passengers. Sun Country is not a quality airlines."
Ventajas: "the trip was fairly short"
Desventajas: "computers went down, a 45 minute delay, long lines, no entertainment, something to drink, no snacks, crew didn't talk much, didn't say hello or good bye, or thanks for traveling with us. Didn't announce local time on return flight. They airlines and crew did their job, that was it, no more, no less. Airlines charge to pick a sit, when you buy a ticket to fly, they upcharge for luggage, they charge to sit with your husband and child, they know how to charge, they know how to delay a flight, they know how to put you through body search, but they can't say hi or good bye, don't worry, the other airlines don't either. What you people need is competition."
Desventajas: "The boarding process felt very slow."
Desventajas: "Tight on legroom"
Desventajas: "I tried throughout the day to check in for the flight and pre-pay for a checked bag because it was cheaper to pre-pay on-line. Something was wrong with the Sun Country website, and so I wasn't able to do it. Naturally, they charged me the higher price for the checked bag because I was paying at the terminal. I told them that I had been trying all day to pay on-line, but they said that they could do nothing about it."
Ventajas: "I liked getting to board first because I volunteered to have my carry on taken as a checked bag."
Desventajas: "I didn't like the amount of space I had. But that can be expected, so not a big deal."
Ventajas: "The staff was courteous and helpful. Check-in was quick, and easy. The staff distributed snacks out while we were stuck on the runway for 2+ hrs due to delays. The staff made sure we were taken care of and okay."
Desventajas: "I disliked the lack of space in the airplane. There so little space, it feels like everyone is on top of one another... Definitely don't like feeling like I'm imposing in to someone's personal space. There was no form of entertainment, which made the delay seem longer as we were stuck in. The air plane waiting for the okay to take off."

No pudimos guardar el equipaje de cabina en nuestros compartimentos porque estaban ocupados por bultos del personal de vuelo o estaban precintados. Tuvimos que dispersar todo nuestro equipaje por todo el avión. Este echo se vio agravado porque otros pasajeros llevaron mas bultos de lo permitido. No nos llegó la ración de desayuno. Increíblemente se habían acabado. Gracias a la tripulación que sacó, no se de donde, algo de fruta, pudimos desayunar."
Desventajas: "Fue asignado por American airlines pero había que registrarse en el mostrador de lata..."

Media hora de espera mas y termine perdiendo el transfer al hotel y tuve que esperar 3 horas mas al proximo. Un vuelo de 2 horas me llevo todo el dia"

Desventajas: "Todo no me gustó. Falta de respeto. Desesperación de la gente en especial la que viajaba con niños y ancianos en silla de ruedas. Estrés. Nunca apareció responsable de Avianca en Mendoza. Vergüenza total!! En realidad subimos 3 veces y las 3 veces nos bajaron. Tuvimos quehacer aduana y migración 2 veces. Retirando equipaje y volviendolo a pasar. Nos dijeron que el Lima nos iban a contactar para resarcirnos monetaria mente por noche de hotel perdida. Mentiras para sacarnos de encima. Increíble. Detestable. Denigrante!!!!!!!!. Avianca NUNCA MAS. Y ME VOY A ENCARGAR QUE MUCHA GENTE LO SEPA. Dedique se a otra cosa. ."

Desventajas: "El abordaje muy tardado, cuando se habían encendidi los motores y ya íbamos tarde, los apagaron para nivelar el equipaje. El vuelo salio 40 minutos tarde, unicamente un jugo -sin pretzela o galleta."
Ventajas: "Llegué corriendo debido al atraso que tuve al salir de NYC, Fui la ultima en entrar."
