Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.

Their response was they do not have partnerships with other airlines (a common practice when I have travelled, United, Delta, and the delay or cancellation is their fault) What kind of airline or company squanders such an opportunity to not only put its best foot forward, but doesn't work with their fellow business community."

Ventajas: "El personal. El piloto muy bueno, los/as azafato/as lo mejor del viaje."
Desventajas: "Avión antiguo e incomodo para un vuelo tan largo. La tv era en medio del avión, no teníamos pantallas en cada asiento. No tenían apuntado mi menú vegetariano a pesar de contratarlo previamente. Hicimos una escala cuando el vuelo era directo..."

Desventajas: "El vuelo salió tarde, el entretenimiento no lo pide usar porque nadie me informó que toca bajarse la aplicación antes de subirse al avión. En este vuelo si dan un pequeño snack."

Desventajas: "HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Ha sido sin duda uno de los peores vuelos de mi vida (y llevo volando casi cada semana desde hace más de 15 años). La experiencia ha sido la siguiente: El vuelo no se podía modificar. Antes incluso de volar, pasé horas al teléfono después de hacer la reserva cuando me di cuenta que era vuelo operado por AA, para intentar una modificación, pero no fue posible: iberia me remitía a la agencia, la agencia a Iberia, Iberia a AA y AA a Iberia. Un desastre. El cambio de vuelo no lo pude hacer. No se podía hacer check in ni upgrade. 1-2 días antes del vuelo, traté de hacer un upgrade a Business. Misma situación: me pasaron de unos a otros y al final me dijeron q esperara hasta día del vuelo para hacer un ¨same day upgrade¨ a business El día del vuelo, no pude hacer check in online en casa, ni en las máquinas del aeropuerto y estuve más de 40min para hacerlo en persona en el mostrador porque la agente de AA decía que el billete de Iberia le daba problemas y tuvo que "re-issue" un nuevo billete. (Siempre suelo tener este tipo de problemas) Traté de hacer upgrade de nuevo como me recomendaron por teléfono y no pude (y me refiero a upgrade pagando!), y eso que había 11 sitios libre en Business según la persona que me atendió, y q estaban ofreciendo upgrades con ofertas a los pasajeros. Pero al parecer con mi billete comprado a Iberia no podía hacer upgrade de pago con AA. Así que después de dar mil vueltas y llamar a todo el mundo desde el check in, por teléfono, a Iberia, a AA... no se pudo hacer, aunque me habían asegurado que podría hacerlo el día del vuelo. Tenía que volar en turista y el vuelo en turista estaba lleno porque, ni pagando la tarifa (ques estaba totalmente dispuesta a pagar), podían darme un biellete de business. Se retrasó. Después nos tuvieron 4H Y MEDIA DE RETRASO ESPERANDO EN EL AVIÓN SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y SIN PODER SALIR Hemos llegado a Madrid a las 12.30pm en vez de las 8.30am. He perdido todas mis reuniones de la mañana, por supuesto estoy sin dormir porque no pude dormir casi nada en el avión volando en turista, y con el frío y demás, y estoy hasta enferma de las 4 horas sudando, seguidas de las 7 horas de frío invernal. Horribles condiciones del avión y de la experiencia. Azafatas MUY desagradables y maleducadas. El avión estaba sucio y no tenía enchufes (aunque en el ticket que compré especificaba que sí), así que no pude trabajar con mi ordenador ni cargar en teléfono. Cuando le pedí a la azafata que por favor me cargara mi teléfono o me diera un asiento donde pudiera cargarlo, me informó que no había enchufes (aunque por supuesto sé que los hay) y que "podía salirme del vuelo si quería". En general las azafatas eran MUY DESAGRADABLES con todos los pasajeros de turista (varias personas más se quejaron de su trato). No había enterntainment en el avión (no había pantallas individuales y las generales no funcionaban (al menos donde yo estaba, aunque si hubieran funcionado tampoco s veían y el sonido"

Desventajas: "El wifi en ninguno de los 2 vuelos me sirvió"

Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am

Desventajas: "Communication & Technology @ check-in. I was never able to check in using the Allegiant phone app. Reason never communicated. Unable to check in online. Finally after a long hold over the phone I reached an agent who explained the system was updating. Bad set up. Could have been communicated!"

Desventajas: "the seats were pretty uncomfortable, that was my main problem with the flight."

She was very rude she let me friend with two bags go on without paying. I took four flights and never had this issue"

Ventajas: "Considering the fare was advertised between $350 and $700 with other carriers on Kayak, I took this one for $179, roundtrip, direct from LAX to Grand Junction."
Desventajas: "When the crew runs to get coffee in the terminal, make sure to do the same. I brought some snacks, but wish I had brought coffee. The man next to me kept creeping into my space which was incredibly annoying, but it was a relatively quick flight. Beats the two day drive from L.A. to Colorado."

Desventajas: "We really disliked that we boarded the plane and just before taking off they made us get off again and never did confirm the real reason. The planes really need better maintenance since this is the second time in two weeks we have to change planes due to problems."
Desventajas: "I flew to my "surprised" 50th bday party with family and to meet more family. The aircraft problems overheated engine, caused us to get out of the plane, move all luggages and wait foe a new plane that also had to be cooled off before reboarding. We were tired and hungry. Missed my bday with family. Very very disappointed."

Ventajas: "First time flyer on this airline... I loved that it was a DIRECT flight halfway across the country."
Desventajas: "Where to start... i guess for starters EVERYTHING is an upcharge. I was suprissed the seatbelts were included! Less legroom than a Cesna 152 and surrounded by 159 of my closest friends. And i mean SURROUNDED. That cabin is SO tight! So tight in fact the seats are a blow mold plastic with roughly 1.5" of foam and fabric. Think go-cart bucket seat with some foam rubber and pleather. Then there's luggage... My carry on bag (that I've used for 15yrs) was too big for the jig at the counter so got to check it for an additional $10 (above the $30 i had to pay to bring it) and they charged me $40 for my original check bag. The hitch is that they only allow 40lbs ($1/lb) for that check bag when the rest of the industry says 50lbs is the norm. Oops, gotta pay for that too! And wait for it... sodas are $2 in flight!"

Desventajas: "Flight was canceled but they keep telling us that in an hour and that hour never came. We are stuck at the airport. We should get upgraded to 1st class"
