Well the vehicle was okay for my travels. I returned it on a Sunday, they were closed but I parked it and put the keys in the Dropbox. I received a call the next day Monday asking me 'If I wanted to extend my rental'?. I stated I had Already Returned the vehicle, they said ' maybe the girl rented it out again. I was really looking forward to getting the car to visit my mom for Mother’s Day. When I booked the pick up time was 12pm so I called Ace to ask if I can pick the car up later because I’m a school teacher and wouldn’t be off until 3:30. I was told yes of course that is fine only to get to the location and the cancelled my reservation.Opinión del 9 may. 2022

When picked up from the airport the driver did not confirm the ace location i had made my reservation at. They were able to accommodate, however for drop off the locations were closed Sunday and no shuttle was available to transport to the airport. Would have liked to know before renting. Rates for renting from the airport were comparable. Would have gone with airport rental to avoid paying for uber to the airport. The name of the place is not Ace. Also they didn’t not have any insurance to offer you to add protection to your vehicle. Also smelled like smoke!Opinión del 18 ago. 2021

Desventajas:They ran out of cars and closed the office. We showed up in an Uber and were left outside since the office was closed, at 2:30 in the afternoon. We had a reservation. They did not call us. We had to take another Uber to another location. Completely unacceptable and will never book with them again.Opinión del 11 may. 2021

Desventajas:They should have mentioned that there were no cars available before I drove all the way over to the place to pick my rental car up. Instead, they mention it after I got my confirmation code and after I drove all the way up to the store. SmhOpinión del 10 abr. 2021

Ventajas:The gentleman at the counter was nice.Desventajas:I had to take my car back to the rental car place and get a replacement. The car's seat were filthy with burns in them. The car also had a sputter that made it seem as if it was going to cut off. It was replaced with a better care, but still there were scratches and dings on it as well.
