When I arrived at the car rental station I couldn't find Ace. I called 3 times - was connected to someone, then when i asked where they were, I was put on hold then disconnected. I never found the Ace rental counter.Opinión del 28 feb. 2022

I had to give a deposit of 500. I wish I was informed of such at the time of booking the reservation. So there was no rental and a major inconvenience.Opinión del 22 feb. 2022

Car not available because the lot was closed when my flight arrived. Had to go to another company and had to pay top dollar for a different car at a different car company.Opinión del 16 feb. 2022

Called before pickup and was told debit cards were accepted as payment. I got there and was told debit cards were not accepted. Problem with ace, not kayak or Priceline. Thanks. -NickOpinión del 8 feb. 2022

The Ace rental that Kayak recommended to use (through a deal of course) was over 30 minutes away from the airport and required multiple shuttles. Once we got there, they overcharged us and forced an upgrade.Opinión del 10 ene. 2022
