I hired my car for 2 weeks and unfortunately was involved in a crash on day 2, I went back to Avis to report this and was advised that my insurance would cover me, and that I could have a new car. I decided I did not want to drive as I was extremely shaken by the whole incident. The car we reserved wasn't available apparently we wasn't the only people that day who had same issue. Was offered an alternative which they claimed was 4x the cost of what we paid so was an "upgrade" ended up having to drive to another airport with it to swap it out as didn't drive well and got an alternative again still not what we originally booked for.Opinión del 26 abr. 2023

Your website did not tell me the car rental was not at the airport - instead it was at a mall nearby and location was closed when plane landed. Never using kayak again and will go directly to Avis website next time.Opinión del 20 mar. 2023

Avis did not have the reserved and confirmed 15-passenger van we reserved to transport guests from wedding ceremony to wedding reception that we had reserved one-month in advance and confirmed the reservation 1 week ahead of the wedding. When we went to pick it up at the designated time (the morning of the wedding) they said they didn't have it (sorry).
