They did not give my deposit back, there's no way there's any damage/interior issues. Price gouging when people are stranded in an airport is also shameful. I will say the employees at Atlanta Airport were fantastic and helped everyone get their rental car as fast as they could in a stressful situation. Give all the money you gouged from me to them as bonuses if you're going to be thieves.Opinión del 10 ago. 2023

Very unorganized. Car was given to me with half a tank and when I returned it with half a tank they said it should have been full and charged me. Paperwork wasn’t done correctly and they couldn’t even give me a receipt at the drop off.Opinión del 17 may. 2023

We still dont understand why all the info I already supplied to Kayak on the website, has to be manually input again by the lady behind the desk, this takes up so much time (from us and otheres in the line). Took 30' minute wait.Opinión del 29 ago. 2022

Communication prior to the requested pickup time. Once I arrived at the rental counter, Customers were told their were no cars available, we would have to wait an two additional hours after processing our rental information for our cars.Opinión del 25 ago. 2022

I made a reservation for 11 am since I had a tight schedule to adhere to. When I got there they had no cars available except for an upgrade, which. I had to take and pay more money for.Opinión del 25 ago. 2022

Reservation made but no cars available. Every other rental car company has 2-3 person lines if any at all, while budget was 20+ and I had to wait just for them to heard us outside and tell us there are no cars available. Had to stay in a hotel overnight instead. Go anywhere but here no matter the price, it isn’t worth it.Opinión del 20 ago. 2022

I leased a one day car and we had to wait two hours to locate a car. I understand that your supply is short and I hate that you have been blamed for the long waits and lack of cars which I personally can’t blame you for. My thanks to the ladies on the front desk in Atlanta, they were very courteous in the face of these obstacles. They need some form of recognition for their service. The lady in Birmingham was also very courteous also and made the return easy.Opinión del 15 ago. 2022

Car was comfortable and $200 less than a rental I had booked with another company. My only issue was the wait time in the line to pick up the car as they only had 2 people working and a very long line.Opinión del 13 ago. 2022

Even though the confirmation was approved, they had no car for me when I arrived at the airport.Opinión del 22 jul. 2022
