Didn’t have car we had reserved/ any car for us. Offered us a car the next day 7 miles from airport at an additional cost of a couple hundred dollars for vehicle. Bear part of customer service was them canceling with our cost to us. I will stay away from budget as they had a line at their coo fee of customers with same issue, reservations they wouldn’t honor.Opinión del 29 jun. 2023

My reservation had been cancelled when we got to the Budget counter. The staff was slow and unfriendly, but he fortunately was able to provide us a van instead of the sedan I had requested. The van was not cleaned (probably not his fault) and when I returned the vehicle, I was overcharged for the rental, which I was assured I would not be charged extra for the bigger car.Opinión del 14 jun. 2023

Pick up took an hour.....two inexperienced ladies were having a hard time. The two ladies who were in front of me when I arrived were still there an hour later.....no car. A manager came in, thankfully, and took over my transaction and made it infinitely better. Wish I had gotten his name...in Minneapolis, short, dark hair, early 50's from New Jersey....thanks to whoever he is. Otherwise car was fine, drop off was excellent.Opinión del 25 may. 2023

The car and the price were good. The execution of the contract was inefficient as I had to renue a second contract for the second month and it wasnt easy. Also the price ended up being more than the original quote by about $150 but was still a reasonable price.Opinión del 1 set. 2022
