There is a €1200 deposit needed for your rental. Why so much I have no idea. And they don't tell you when they return the deposit. I'm down €1200 until who knows when. Not fun if you're dependent on that for your vacation.Opinión del 4 abr. 2023

It would be better if more agents were available at the rental desk, but I understand the problem - if there are enough agents to handle the occasional 'surge,' what do they do the rest of the time? Overall, things went very well.Opinión del 5 jul. 2022

You should not charge customers for damage that was not done by them. I was charged 360 Euro for a rim that was already damaged and 18 Euro for gas tank that was 9/10 full. An absolute rip off!!!! Never renting a car from this company again and I will not be recommending this company to anyone either. I want to stay in business you need to be honest, not issue ghost charges to customers.
