Aweful experience. Never again. Arrived at airport and there were two employees behind the desk, only one actually processing people. Over 50 people waiting in line and one employee announces it will be up to a 3 hour wait for a car after getting processed. Few minutes goes by and another announcement that it will be 6 hours before getting a car. Asked about my car that I already prepaid for and I was told to get an Uber to a hotel and come back later.Opinión del 23 mar. 2023

First and last time I rent with Dollar. I have no idea if it was Fort Lauderdale, but I had to stand in line for 2 hrs to get to the counter. Over 150 people on line and only 3 clerks, RIDICULOUS!. And once you get to the counter, another 2 hrs waiting to get the car!. I stand on line at 12:36pm. Got to the counter at 2:36 pm and finally I got my car at 4:37pm!! Ahhhhh!Opinión del 19 mar. 2023

We never got our car. We had to find and pay for another car from Hertz. I was on the phone with dollar for an hour and couldn't talk to a live person. It was 1am and I was stranded at the airport. Another 200$ to Hertz for one night, then back to the airport my first day of vacation to get another car from Avis. I am still trying to get a refund from dollar. It was a horrible experience. Hertz and Avis were great. I will not book another car with you, I will go directly to the agency.Opinión del 3 feb. 2023

Pick up desk woefully understaffed, but agents were friendly and very helpful. Car was clean except for inside of windows which made driving into sun a problem.Opinión del 30 ene. 2023

45 minute wait to get to agent to pickup car, first car didn't work, second car had error message after 30 minutes' use. Go to a real car rental agency, not Dollar.Opinión del 29 ene. 2023

Overall, the car was great. We waited over an hour to get our car. Our reservation was for 1130 am and we didn't get our car until after 1 pm. We were told there was a car shortage due to the storm which is understandable, but we still had to pay the full amount even though we got the car over an hour lateOpinión del 19 oct. 2022
