Their pick-up and drop-off locations were almost impossible to find. They run a paperless system which, if you're not travelling with a smart-phone, is very unsettling.Opinión del 30 ago. 2023

The rental was fine. My only negative was the car insurance they surprise on you at pick up. It was almost the price of the entire rental and we did not expect that at all. Much too big of a surprise and should be available to book online to avoid the last minute, very large fee!Opinión del 15 ago. 2023

Too few staff, for one. Only 4 cars on the lot for 6 customers. Waited 90 minutes to check in only to find it would be another 3 hours to wait for a car.Opinión del 22 may. 2023

Pick up from the airport took ages and getting a vehicle once we got to the depot also took a long time. We booked a small car and I got a 7 seat van which was fine for me but had one mirror held on with tape.Opinión del 20 oct. 2022

I know car rental companies make most of their profit from selling insurance but easirent’s insurance more than doubled the cost of the rental. Seemed excessive. Also the pick up was slow. Other than that the car and staff were fine.Opinión del 15 oct. 2022

The car quality isn’t great and the pick up location isn’t at the airport. Luckily another car company told me I needed to call them to pick us up from the airport to shuttle us to their location, otherwise we would have been screwed. Can’t really complain though considering their prices are so much lower for an automatic van than any other company.Opinión del 10 oct. 2022

We liked the price! We thought it was too good to be true, but we got a vehicle for the price we were quoted and we even got a free upgrade (larger car with nav). It was a little difficult to find the location as they are not at the airport and we couldn't reach them by phone to send the shuttle and so we had to take a taxi. Good experience from then on. Before booking you need to make it clear to people, that they can avoid a large excess by paying for insurance and you need to do this in advance. You also need to confirm that your office is not on site and give instructions in advance on how people get to your office. You need to resolve your phone connections because sometimes the number that you are expected to call does not work.Opinión del 12 set. 2022
