It was very busy, both picking up but especially dropping off. Dropping off, couldn’t figure out where to put the car, there was no one to help, and the tiny parking/pull in area was extremely difficult to navigate. Took me 15 minutes to find someone to give the key to and ensure I was parked correctly.Opinión del 28 dic. 2022

The guy at the counter was one of the nicest guys I've met. He was courteous and quick. The service team hadn't finished getting my car ready but as soon as they found out I was there, they had it ready within 5 minutes. High quality service all around! Ventajas:Drop off was easy. Staff was friendly altho' they did try the stupid "Wanna upgrade for only $8 more?" when they knew damn well I would get the "upgrade" anyway cos they did NOT have the car I reserved!!! Hate their stupid games!!!Desventajas:Upgrade, to me, was NOT an upgrade. Malibu to a Kia Sportage. But worst of all was the stains on the seats - disgusting!!! Ventajas:Staff friendly but there was not a car available when we arrived in Boca Raton even though we had a reservation. After waiting an hour we got,acar at a better rate than we booked , however the whole experience was not acceptable.Desventajas:Don’t confirm a reservation if you can’t honor it.Opinión del 10 jun. 2021
