We booked a vehicle for nine days and made full payment for the same. About 10 minutes before our pick up time, the company’s representative called and advised that the vehicle was not available due to some accidents and they would arrange a replacement vehicle in the next 3 hours. The company made us wait for the next 5 hours and failed to provide the replacement vehicle resulting in cancellation of our trip and undue hardship. Ventajas:This was an absolute scam in my opinion. It led me to believe it was at the International Atlanta airport. It was at a private airport. I could not even gain access to get the vehicle. Ventajas:When I was initially given a vehicle that was full of animal hair and cause my allergies to flare up, the location quickly remedied this with a new vehicle; however, the vehicle that I was given as a replacement was not serviced & had the gas light on.Desventajas:The vehicle that was not serviced ended up being inoperable. All of the tires were filled above the psi noted for the vehicle. The tire filled the greatest amount instantaneously went flat while driving and to others had slow leaks. My trip was delayed and I missed the graduation that I was traveling for. Hertz was unwilling to remedy this beyond crediting a service fee because the rental was not purchased direct.Opinión del 2 jun. 2021

Ventajas:Staff was friendly and helpful somewhat. My luggage got stuck in the back of the SUV Tod picked me up in Marta station and I waited 45 mins but could not find the keys to open the truck. They did drop it off at my hotel so very grateful to them. The booking was misleading as I thought they would pick me up at jackson hart field airport.Desventajas:They did not tell me hertz location was closed on saturday and where to leave the car. I called the number on the form and they told me to leave car at Atlantic aviation. I was promised a ride back to Marta rail station but he failed to tell me he would not be there on Saturday. Desventajas:We never received a car and paid for it. We waited for 2 hrs and then they said it’ll be another 2 hrs because they had to wait for returns. I called to get my money back vit they would not answer the phone.Opinión del 1 may. 2021
