Overall, a good experience although the drop off in Miami needs people directing the activities better.Opinión del 5 abr. 2023

Car we ended up with was ok. We had to return 1st car as it had a wobble. 2nd car had check engine light. Price was wrong in e-mail and Hertz didn't want to do anything about it. Fought for 1st 2 hrs of our vacation to get the price quotedOpinión del 23 mar. 2023

The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the vehicle...it smelled like a cleaning product was trying to hide a smoke smell from cigarettes...I should have checked if any of the other cars available, smelled the same wayOpinión del 19 feb. 2023

Cost doubled when we were told that if we didn’t get the insurance, we would have to pay for the time that it took to fix the vehicle for repairs.. first time I ever agreed to insurance instead of using our own policy.Opinión del 12 feb. 2023

The car was not big enough. It was very dirty and had cigarette ashes in it. They told me I had to return it with 3/4 of a tank of gas. It only had a 1/4 tank when I picked it up! Also, the windshield washer fluid light was on because it was almost empty. Oh, not to mention that KAYAK told us the car was at the airport. It was NOT! It cost me $90.00 in Uber and taxi fees, to get to the car and get back to the airport. Never again through a third party! F-Opinión del 15 dic. 2022

I was able to return the car to a different location from the place where I picked it up. Hertz ( the agents at the return location at Ft. Myers Airport ) were wonderful , real professional and I do appreciate all their assistance. My many thanks.Opinión del 14 nov. 2022
