Would have liked the pickup to be quicker. Evidently on a Monday morning at 9am, there have been cars dropped off over the weekend but the ONE employee has to clean/prep the cars, fill with gas, register new customers and run all the paperwork on both ends. Fortunately, I was #2 in line (of 4 people who at rentals during the 9am hour) but the poor guys was running silly trying to do all of this.Opinión del 26 jun. 2022

Horrible experience, I called to verify my reservation the man was rude. After the conversation and I was told there were no cars available currently and he wouldn't have them at the time I selected, I had the hardest time trying to get somebody to assist with my insurance refund.Opinión del 10 feb. 2022

I was sick, so I couldn't pick up the car. I sent them a mail, which they aknowledged, asking for a credit for the same car /duration for the week of October 18. I never got any reply.Opinión del 15 oct. 2021

Ventajas:Staff was nice but the car smelled like a dirty toilet. The brakes on the car were very bad. It made sense when the representative asked me if I planned on doing a lot of driving.Desventajas:Tell me about the car in it’s state and not let me drive off in that condition. Desventajas:When I showed up for my reservation, they told me they had no cars. I made a reservation the night before and when I arrived to pick up my car, I was stranded there because I had no way to get anywhere else. I had to walk on some busy main roads with no shoulder or sidewalk to get to another car rental place.
