The drop off was fine but the pick up experience wasn’t great. Ultimately however the biggest problem was that the air conditioning in the car did not work. We picked up the car on a Saturday just before they closed so by the time we discovered that it didn’t work it was too late to take it back and request a different car. Driving from gurnee to Iowa in the summer in a car that didn’t have air conditioning was a miserable experience.Opinión del 3 ago. 2022

I liked nothing, they tried pushing my reservation without compensation 10min before they close on the day before my rental. Tried charging me more for a different car. When i said I didn’t want that car we argued a bit because compensation was inadequate. Then i hung up and they automatically took that as a cancellation.Opinión del 31 may. 2022

Desventajas:I had rented the vehicle three weeks before I got there and it was confirmed on rental cars.com but when I got to hertz they told me they had no vehicle for me nor did they even care so I called rental cars.com and they told me since I didn’t pay for it upfront there’s really no reason they felt responsible that I should have one. Desventajas:The pickup we rented, 2020 Chevy Silverado just didn't have the options we were hoping for. 1. Rear seat lighters for cell charges. 2. Electric seat adjustment. 3. Electric windows were not one push up and down. We had to hold the button to make it do that. 4. Blue tooth radio was difficult to operate. (Android Auto) not intuitive. Ventajas:Yes the drop off was easy. The car that I used surprised me at how well it responded, the model was an Elantra that is good on gas and runs great.Desventajas:What could have been better was having my I pass device in a location that was detectable when going through the tolls, I got dinged 3 times because it was not read.
