The service was so fast in St. Louis. They put other branches to shame. I travel weekly and I’ve never been dealt with as fast. The manager’s special deal was super cheap compared to usual prices. Great rental.Opinión del 10 may. 2023

When I arrived to pick up my reserved car I was told it was canceled and wascalled and left voice message. But I didn't get any voice messages or any cancelation emails. Because of this all my plans changed, I had to pay almost double price to rent car from different place.Opinión del 15 mar. 2023

The 'need service' light came on during my rental time which was annoying but otherwise, the car and service were good.Opinión del 26 feb. 2023

Although I chose the airport location, I was given a satellite location for pickup and drop off which added almost $100 to my expected priceOpinión del 16 dic. 2022

Got into airport at Midnight, only to find out all the rental places close at 8. Why couldn’t my email mention that. Because my email stated my arrival time. Luckily Hertz gave me a full refund.Opinión del 3 dic. 2022

It was really easy to get to the Hertz off-airport site via rideshare. The office was easy to find and the price I paid to be able to pick up and drop off at different airports was outstanding! I saved over $400 versus getting the car at the airport. I was in/out in less than 10 min. Super easy, thank youOpinión del 9 nov. 2022

When I put in Airport code to search for rental. I expected the rental to be at the airport not offsite where I have to take taxi or shared ride to get to that location which add additional cost.Opinión del 23 oct. 2022

Everything was perfect until I got phone calls saying I was overdue on returning my rental. I had dropped the car off in a local lot and put the key in the drop box prior to the due time on Monday, 9/5/22, the phone calls started on Wednesday. Still no emailed receipt from Hertz. Will never rent from them again. Saw online this has happened hundreds of times. Kayak should reconsider partnering with Hertz.Opinión del 8 set. 2022
