I arrived at Hertz only to have them tell me they were about to close and they had no cars. I then watched, stranded outside in the cold, as everyone who worked there left. I scrambled to try another rental but couldn’t, and ended up taking an Uber with the last 5% of my phone battery. I will never use your service, or this Hertz, again.Opinión del 9 abr. 2022

The counter staff, James, and branch manager were extremely rude. They added insurance and would not take off. And would not change length of rental. When we called central reservations to change length of rental they said we went over their head and they would not rent us the vehicle. So we were stranded and had to take Amtrak instead.Opinión del 26 oct. 2021

Ventajas:They allowed me to book and didn’t have any cars available. They called me 20 minutes before I was supposed to go pick it up asking me to wait until the next day to MAYBE get a car .
