Ventajas: Alojamiento muy limpio, con cocina y sala de estar muy cómoda donde puedes tomar infusiones y café y un bizcocho que te pone el alojamiento, muy recomendable. A 25’ andando del centro y justo enfrente tienes boca de metro, pero dando un paseo no hace falta!!

Desventajas: Por poner un pero que la papelera de habitación era pequeña y no la cambiaron

Ventajas: Nice guesthouse with a lovely design. Caring staff, nice common area. Guest house seem to have only 6 rooms, so it was not crowded.

Desventajas: Just pay attention that check in is till 8 p.m. and there are shared bathrooms and be ready for that.

Ventajas: Christina, the hostess, is the kindest and sweetest person ever, I was on my own there, no other customers, so it was extra positive. I had spent the first three nights in a 5 stars hotel, and this was my first Hotel/Hostel , I loved Rainbow Guesthouse more!!!! Awesome job. keep it up :)

Desventajas: More food for breakfast, although i loved the cake and coffee in the morning.

Ventajas: Nice room, everything was really clean. Location is good, subway is across the street. Lovely and helpful staff. We were lucky to taste the homemade pineapple cake, delicious!

Ventajas: The apartment is really cozy and nicely arranged. Location in the city is really great, staff was very friendly. Showers/toilets/mutual area was also very clean. We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse.

Desventajas: The only thing which was not that nice is actually the mattress on the bed itself, it was way too soft and you could feel that it was not that new, as we simply fell into each other in the middle of it while sleeping.

Desventajas: Shared bathroom and toilets

Ventajas: It's a modernly redecorated accommodation. The value for money is excellent for someone who just needs a comfy place to stay for a few days in a very good location. Even though my room's window was to the street, I didn't hear much noise outside with the windows closed. The light decor gave a nice feeling to the place and everything was very clean.

Desventajas: The room didn't have a table to use a computer or such, but one can go to the living room and hang out there.

Ventajas: La atención del personal. Además tenian como cortesía café, te, zumo, mermeladas, frutas y bizcocho para los huéspedes. La habitación era amplia, colchones cómodos y todas las instalaciones muy limpias. La parada del metro frente al hotel.

Desventajas: El aparcamiento. El parking que está al lado estaba lleno (normal en la fecha en la que hemos ido) y toda la zona de alrededor es zona de pago.

Ventajas: La atención recibida fue excelente y todo estaba muy limpio. Gracias

Desventajas: Difficult communication with the host. No possibility to keep the baggages at the location. You can hear everything from rooms.

Ventajas: This guest house is beautiful! I loved the decorations and the interior. Everything is clean and smells good. location is great.

Desventajas: It's cold in the room, especially at night. Windows don't close properly.

Ventajas: The house was cozy and clean. Good location, easy to reach the main attractions of the town. The host gave us lot of useful advice to better organize our stay in Lisbon.

Ventajas: La ubicación.

Desventajas: No tuvimos ningún tipo de contacto con la persona al cargo, no apareció en ningún momento. Era un tercer piso sin ascensor. La cama era muy incomoda, sonaba un montón cada vez que te mueves y los cojines en vez de almohadas fatal. Mobiliario ruidoso y cerraduras complicadas de abrir.

Ventajas: Está muy bien en general. Las dependencias son buenas, la ubicación excelente y la cocina y el baño perfectos.

Desventajas: Lo malo es que está en un tercero sin ascensor y que otros inquilinos nos robaron nuestra comida de la nevera.

Ventajas: Safe, cozy neighborhood, very clean hostel. City center is about 20-25 minutes walking and metro & bus stops are very close. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Desventajas: At least one chair in the room (only beds are available to sit down in the room, or the floor).

Ventajas: nice host, good location, price ok

Desventajas: We got to choose the other room with the double bed which was very nice but the bed there was squeacky and not so comfortable.

Ventajas: The person who attended (Alexandra) was very kind and the location is very good.

Desventajas: We had bad luck in our stay because our room was showing the street (exteriour) and leftside of the building entrence was a Strip Club. You must sleep with Windows closed otherwise after 3am there are lots of noises which makes impossible to turn back to sleep. Also there are 6 rooms in 1 apartment where they call "hostal". In some rooms are 3 people staying which mean more than 12 people using the flat with 2 bathrooms. There is no isolation at all in rooms and you can hear ever step of people at the flat. The kitchen is very small and dont have cattle. As positive things I can say. Definitively I will not stay again in the same place because I could not rest during the normal sleep times.

Ventajas: Great place!! Everything very new and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind! Perfect location for who intends to stay near the airport, in a good neighborhood and very close to a metro station.

Desventajas: It was a little expensive.

Ventajas: Me encantó el trato de Sara, muy simpática y eficiente. La habitación, la cocina y los baños estaban muy limpios. La ubicación y la relación calidad-precio son excelentes.

Desventajas: No dispone de aire acondicionado o ventilador y al estar en época de verano las habitaciones pueden tornarse muy calurosas. Deberían tener ropa de cama ligera para el verano y no solo cobertores de invierno.

Ventajas: Nice location, the accomodation was really good. Close to center, good restaurants. Close to transports and airport. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms

Desventajas: Problems in one of the drain bathroom.

Ventajas: Nice big rooms with clean white linen. Clean modern shared kitchen and bathrooms.

Desventajas: Bed room door could only be closed by locking with key - no latch. 3 different keys/code to enter. No checkout process communicated.

Ventajas: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well located, close to the airport and also downtown. Place was well equipped, we’ve had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. Would recommend to everyone.

Desventajas: Only one thing: we could easily hear everything from the corridor at night, so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend to bring earplugs with you.

Ventajas: Typical Lisbon building and the place was comfortable.

Desventajas: It was a tad humid.

Desventajas: Los dos baños tenían un problema en el desagüe de la ducha, no tragaba bien y se acumulaba el agua hasta los tobillos con una simple ducha de 10 minutos.

Ventajas: Very nice place, calm and good location. Private rooms and enough utilities! Its a 5 bedroom apartment actually with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. So its quiet and not crowded. Everything nearby, from supermarket to metro and even train station. Windows to the street have nice view! 1 room with back view but I didnt saw it. Nice staff and I saw they reached property in 10 min in case it was necessary. Ppl who say it is not easy to find should look the address fully, No 6 and 3 Esq, it doesnt need a huge sign if you read carefully! Some coffee and tea are available... Also a washing machine which is useful!

Desventajas: Be alittle more environmenta friendly and recycle garbage!" Also please don't mix water in toilets soap. Like at the end how much is the difference!

Ventajas: Ubicado en una zona tranquila sin ruido para el descanso. El casero, pese a no vernos, siempre atento a resolver cualquier consulta. Buen detalle de agua y botella de vino en la habitación.

Desventajas: La ubicación está bien y aparcamiento fácil en la misma calle donde se encuentra, eso sí, es zona azul. Esta cerca de paradas de transporte público pero para ir andando está bastante alejado del centro. La limpieza era algo escasa y el baño no pasaban a limpiarlo diariamente y al tratarse de un baño compartido resulta algo imprescindible...

Ventajas: Ha sido todo perfecto, piso limpio y la señora que nos atendió muy simpatica, agradable y disponible. Esta en una zona centrica, aunque hay un buen paseo para lo mas conocido....pero para nosotros que nos encanta andar no supuso ningun problema. Obrigada!

Desventajas: Lo unico yo pondria algo, como un gancho, para apoyar las cosas mientras te duchas

Ventajas: The location is near to the important objectives of Lisabon. Very large and comfortable bed, room with vintage furniture.

Ventajas: Comfortable bed, nice breakfast area, perfect location. I can only recommend it.

Desventajas: No tenían gel de baño, champú y solo una cápsula de café. La habitación está separada de la cocina por un trozo de madera con lo cual se escucha todo.

Ventajas: - Room decor was chic. It looked upmarket, the provided complimentary water and coffee making machine

Desventajas: - The shower in the room was an open cubicle with a shower curtain, so you have to guard yourself around to avoid water splashes on the floor. I think owners can invest on a proper shower cubicle from Ikea or something. However, the shower itself was good. - The room/room door needs more soundproofing as theres too much noise from people walking/talking along the walkway, kitchen etc. - No toilet soap/shampooo provided. I asked for one and was given the left over from previous guest. - The older lady that came to facilitate check in seems very grumpy. Almost like she's somehow had a bad day before I arrived. So just incase you come across her, just hold your nerve and say "Yes" to everything she asks/says/demands and you'd be all good.

Ventajas: Apartamento muy equipado - toallas, secador, café y utensilios de cocina disponibles. Pequeña Botella de vino tinto en la habitación como regalo de bienvenida. Fully equipped kitchen and complimentary bottle of red wine in the room.

Desventajas: Cama muy ruidosa y bastante incómoda Not very comfi bed - well noisy

Ventajas: El servicio y la limpieza

Ventajas: I would say the best part about this place was the host Louisa. She was a lovely person; friendly and helpful. We really liked her. The kitchen was good, had a jug for warm drinks, a toaster, a microwave, stove and oven. There was also a washing machine available for use (and free). Although not in the heart of Lisbon, the location was decent as it was near shops and the transport system. Security was good as there were many locked door. The place was also situated upstairs, so you always felt safe.

Desventajas: Our first evening in Lisbon, we got lost. Initially it was hard to locate and identify the place as the entry is just a metal door that blends in with the rest of the buildings on the street, no real signage. THERE IS NO RECEPTION, and the host lives further up the street, you'll definitely need your phone all set up with international calling credit and data. Room was quite small that it was actually hard to move around the bed. The bed was squeaky with very little movement (and from what we could hear of the couple in the other room, their bed was quite squeaky too haha). The bed was uncomfortable to sit up in as there wasn't a bed head, just steel bars against our backs. A TV was supplied but the channels had poor reception. The room had a "balcony" but was more a narrow slab of concrete with the width barely longer than a shoe. There were two shared bathrooms. One bathroom had a toilet. This one toilet was shared between six guests. The shower systems was poor. Water temperature required adjustment by turning both hot and cold taps, it was difficult locating the right temperature. And the water was often affected (pressure and temperature) when someone else was using the other shower or the water taps in the kitchen. We (and we noticed other guests) found using the key on the downstairs building entry door and the accommodation door a little tricky, the key got stuck a bit and you had to have the key in a certain way and hold the handle a certain way to get the door open. There was a window above our bedroom door and when other guests entered the hallway, light would flood into our room when we were trying to sleep.

Ventajas: The kitchen is nice! All the dinnerwares are particularly assigned to each room so you will not mixed them with others.

Desventajas: Well, nothing particularly.

Desventajas: Sent several mails but never received an invoice including breakfast and cleaning charge, result: trouble with my company.

Ventajas: Había aire acondicionado y el apartamento estaba bastante bien. La televisión era moderna y de buen tamaño, había aire acondicionado decente y la ubicación era bastante cómoda (cercana al centro andando y próxima a una parada de metro). La terraza pública ubicada en el último piso era muy agradable.

Desventajas: Aunque la ubicación estaba bien, el entorno era algo desagradable (lleno de pintadas y sucio). El aspecto del barrio era decadente contrastando con las tiendas de alta gama que había en la avenida principal (que se encuentra a escasos metros). Pero sin duda alguna la justificación de la baja valoración del alojamiento es la siguiente: En la terraza privada del apartamento había una rata muerta. Estaba justo enfrente del cuarto de la lavadora. Se lo comunicamos a la responsable y nos contestó que ese espacio no era suyo (cuando claramente sí lo era, ya que había una puerta con acceso directo y la lavadora era uno de los servicios ofertados). Entiendo perfectamente que este incidente puede pasarle a todo el mundo, pero me gustaría recalcar que la rata no fue retirada y permaneció allí durante toda nuestra estancia.

Ventajas: Todo bien, un poco pequeñas las habitaciones, muy buen situado

Desventajas: La ducha salía agua

Ventajas: The room had its own bathroom. Tgd room was clean and comfortable. There was a blow dryer. There was an elevator. Dora, at reception was very helpful.

Desventajas: The suites were not well marked from the street, especially at night and the number marking was confusing as there was an 89 and an 89A. I found locating it at night on my own very stressful. I took a taxi and would not have felt safe arriving on my own to check in.

Ventajas: Buena ubicación ya que se puede llegar a pie al centro. La cama era muy cómoda. Linda terraza.

Desventajas: Complicado el tema del check in ya que tiene un horario reducido, te envían un mail explicándolo al reservar pero no se entiende muy bien. Si llegas después de las 19 hs te envían un código para entrar. Envié un mail avisando la hora de llegada, me respondieron pero no me quedó claro. Llamé por teléfono y no me atendieron. No es un lugar cómodo si uno llega en su coche ya que no hay lugar para aparcar y es una calle muy transitada. La habitación era muy chica sin lugar para las valijas ni armario para poner la ropa El desayuno era muy caro por lo que desayunamos en un súper de en frente que tiene cafetería muy buena y económica.

Ventajas: The area is safe There is hot water There is room steward service daily. Automatic window shades

Desventajas: I had the feeling that the owners only care about money. Overpriced. We stayed there for 4 nights. No one asked how was our stay. Only they asked for money (city taxes) You need to climb a 100-150m hill (40% incline) to get there. Well, most of the city is like this. On the top floor of the building there are many apartments and all very small, even we were in the biggest room, still. The lighting is depressing and the bed sheets and linen need to be cleaner. There are multiple code locks to get into the building, into the floor and into your room, and up to the terrace which has no views are nothing there. This place needs maintenance.

Ventajas: Location was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff.

Desventajas: Steps in the hallway and very small elavator (not suitable for a wheelchair - luckily I can still get up and do a few steps, but perhaps this could be indicated better ...)

Ventajas: Free upgrade!

Desventajas: The bed was really small, we are both 1.90m and could bearly fit.

Ventajas: New renovated room all accessories first class. Located at the top floor of an old building

Desventajas: The WIFI did not work in the room. Staff not helpful a little walk from the center and from transportation

Desventajas: We were not given with the code to open the building nor the room door, they did not answer the phone. We spent at least one hour to finally be able to get the room. It was around 10 pm, coming back from a long trip, we were very tired and were not able to get the room. The shower door does not close causing the bathroom to flood making it slippery.

Ventajas: The location was good. Easy access to public transport.

Desventajas: Quite hard to find faults as its a budget accommodation place and as such ticks all required boxes

Ventajas: La ubicación no estaba mal, pero hacía mucho frío en l habitación y olía a humedad terriblemente, casi no se podía respirar del olor tan fuerte.

Desventajas: El olor a humedad, no parecía muy limpio y no servía la calefacción

Ventajas: The price is unbeatable, with free breakfast thrown in. Breakfast is English buffet which is nice and healthy. The metro station is located a bit far away but walkable time of 10 minutes. We stayed with kids but didnt feel insecure due to the hostel type environment. Rooms can be a but noisy at times due to people making noise in the kitchen or hall but eventually everyone goes to bed after 10 pm. Overall I think it was best value for money among all the places I have visited in Europe.

Desventajas: The place is actually a hostel with basic facilities for cooking, bed & breakfast and restrooms. Estrela room (quadruple with attached bathroom) is a bit small but okay for a couple of nights.

Ventajas: Que había desayuno (café, leche, tostadas, jamón York y queso, mantequilla y cereales), aunque había límite de tiempo para desayunar:10-12min

Desventajas: De 4 dormitorios reservados tres estaban en la zona de terraza. Eran cuartillos con humedad, el frío se colaba por la puerta. La terraza-patio estaba muy descuidada y siempre con ropas tendidas. Las toallas que daban no las cojas: son de colores y en mal estado ya por tantos usos. Los baños que nos correspondía usar en planta baja son como baños provisionales: siempre encharcados porque el suelo se hundía por zonas y salía agua, con mucha condensación, la luz era automática y se apagaba a los 10segundos (qué se hace en 10seg???) y había toallas puestas allí pisadas y sucias. Fui incapaz de ducharme allí. Para colmo, en la Sala de desayunos (que no es la de las fotos) tienes que recoger tu bandeja y lavar los vasos y enseres que hayas usado en una cocina que se caía de vieja (que podías usar para comer y limpiar, claro). La primera vez que incluyen desayuno y tienes que lavar tus cosas!!!! Y claro, ves cómo lavan otros por encima y como la chica del hotel lo recojer y vuelve a poner para su uso... Y vaya asco. Por cierto, el personal ni saluda ni nada. Parece que han hecho votó de silencio. Cuando nos íbamos nos señalaron con la mano donde soltar las llaves... Y no adiós. Si hablan español será en sueños. Malísima impresión y trato. Resumiendo: baños de planta baja asquerosos, tienes que fregar los utensilios del desayuno que estaba incluido en precio, habitaciones incómodas y nada limpias, y las toallas blancas enrolladas que salen en las fotos sobre las camas... Nada de nada, y la cocina que se puede usar no sale en las fotos de booking: es una cocina enana, por la que hay que pasar para ir a los dormitorios de la planta baja (alucinante pasar con las maletas mientras el personal esta cocinando espaguetis) y sucia y vieja. Ahora dejaré fotos

Ventajas: Las habitaciones son amplias y si vas con un grupo grande, la habitación solo la compartirías con tu grupo. El desayuno es común y abundante.

Desventajas: Los baños no son tan privados, ya que tienes que esperar que otras personas lo utilicen, y uno de ellos es muy pequeño.

Ventajas: Nada

Desventajas: Nos han dado una habitación inferior por un problema interno entre booking y ellos. Yo pague el precio de una habitación con baño y nos dieron una con baño compartido. Mucho ruido, no pudimos descansar. Vamos a denunciar y solicitar el cambio, nos fuimos un día antes.

Desventajas: My husband and I booked an Airbnb room at "Brothers rooms" for 7 nights. We have arrived on Sunday night, November 24th and were scheduled to stay till Sunday morning December 1st. Unfortunately, the room was far away from being satisfying. 1. The towels had bad smell and non-usable so we had to buy 2 new towels for our daily use. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she apologized for the humid whether that is the reason for the towels not getting dry therefore, smell. 2. During our stay, there was constant noise coming from the kitchen area, including music playing and constant loud chatting. We couldn't rest for the loud music, chatting. In addition, since our room was proximate to the kitchen there was constant cooking smells coming from the kitchen which brother is deeply. 3. On Tuesday afternoon, I have complained to the receptionist and noticed her for our early check out (Thursday morning, November 28th) for the reasons indicated above. Therefore, I'm asking you to refund us for the 3 nights left Thursday-Sunday). You can use the Order number mentioned above. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Desventajas: Tenia reservadas y pagadas varias habitaciones, viajábamos varias familias con niños pequeños y cuando llegamos habían tenido un error y nos quedamos sin una habitación.....tuvimos que compartir habitación teniendo reservado de forma individual y con los niños en la misma cama porque no disponían de más y no podíamos buscar otra cosa porque eran cerca de las doce de la noche.... Nos devolvieron el dinero de la habitación, pero luego revisando los tickets no coincidían los números...nos cobraron más de lo que teníamos que pagar en total...ahora nos toca reclamarlo
