Ventajas: Excelente ubicación. El apartamento estaba bien equipado. Buena conexión a internet. Tiene parking con acceso directo, pagando suplemento (vale la pena).
Desventajas: Cuando llegas de viaje con el coche al destino es complicado hacer el cheking porque las calles son peatonales, estrechas y no vimos lugar para estacionar unos minutos. Y el parking es difícil de encontrar. En este aspecto, falta mejorar la señalización y la recepción de los clientes.

Ventajas: La localización es estupenda, en una plaza encantadora que, en estas fechas de diciembre, estaba adornada de un manera original y muy simpática. No conocía Valencia apenas y me sorprendió que muchas calles son peatonales. Por la noche, en la plaza donde están los apartamentos, en los cafés se crea una atmósfera íntima y amable. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado y limpiaron y renovaron las toallas etc. a los 3 días de nuestra estancia.
Desventajas: Quizás la única pega que se me ocurre es que hay bañera en lugar de plato de ducha.

Este complejo de 5 estrellas tiene una excelente ubicación frente al mar y acceso directo a la playa de Las Arenas de Valencia. El establecimiento Las Arenas Balneario cuenta con un spa de lujo y 2 piscinas al aire libre abiertas en temporada y rodeadas de tumbonas.
Todas las habitaciones de este hotel de diseño ofrecen una elegante decoración en tonos neutros. Incluyen conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas.
El restaurante Sorolla sirve cocina tradicional con un toque creativo. Los huéspedes podrán disfrutar de un desayuno bufé y de aperitivos ligeros en el bar junto a la piscina.
El spa de Las Arenas Balneario Resort cuenta con una piscina cubierta climatizada con vistas a los jardines. Se ofrecen masajes y tratamientos de belleza y también hay un gimnasio.

Desventajas: La cama eran 2 colchones separados en vez de una de matrimonio y el balneario es de pago a diferencia de otros hoteles que ya lo incluyen en la estancia para el disfrute de los huéspedes.

Ventajas: The room and facilities are lovely. We particularly enjoyed our time in the spa. The breakfast buffet was amazingly good and the staff very attentive. Bicycles were available for a very reasonable rental rate. Since the hotel is directly on the beach, the beach bike ride could start immediately. The bikes are in good condition. Everything about the hotel was first class. Our only disappointment was that our ocean-view balcony was situated so that it did not get any direct sun. We probably could have requested another room, but did not as we were over-all very satisfied with everything. The staff are well-trained and very service oriented. It was a pleasure.
Desventajas: We appreciated the restaurant being open at all hours for lunch and dinner. The food was good, but not great.

Ventajas: Tuvimos las suerte de tener para tres una habitación de cuatro inmensa. Baño con ducha que yo lo prefiero. El desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy atento. Cenamos en el bar algún día y todo muy bueno. Me encanta este sitio. Al lado de la ciudad de las ciencias y enfrente de la puerta de coge el autobús 35 hasta el centro de la ciudad (Ayuntamiento).

Ventajas: We chose the hotel because of vicinity to the City of Science where the marathon took place. IN fact the starting boxes were right in front of the hotel! amazing comfort. Even for the rest of the year this would be a very good place to stay, as you can walk to the Science zone in 5 min, you can rent bikes and bike either to the old town, or to the beach within 15-20 minutes.

Ventajas: The location is perfect. Short Walking distance (5-10mins) to the shopping mall, hemispheric, oceanographic and science museum. It’s very friendly and convenient for family with small kids. Many restaurants are nearby with different styles of choices as well. It is close to bus 35 and 95 stops. For those families don’t have a car or prefer to travel with public transportations, it’s a really good choice.

Ventajas: Habitación limpia, espaciosa y bien equipada con un baño enorme. Una ubicación fantástica a dos minutos a pie de las tiendas y de la icónica oficina de correos y el mercado. La cama era enorme y cómoda. El aire acondicionado era realmente eficaz, a menudo encuentro que esto es un problema en los hoteles del centro de la ciudad en verano alto, pero no tengo ninguna queja
Desventajas: Las habitaciones podrían haber estado mejor insonorizadas, ya que el ruido de las habitaciones adyacentes y superiores se filtraba mucho. La vista era de una pared, pero eso es parte de un hotel de ciudad y si nos quedáramos más de una noche estoy seguro de que una habitación con vistas se puede mejorar.

Ventajas: Tiene muy buena ubicación en el centro de Valencia y el personal es amabilísimo. El desayuno PERFECTO. Variedad y calidad, aunque olvidé preguntar si tenían pan sin gluten
Desventajas: Todo me encantó. El único pequeño detalle que mi no me molesto, pero por si acaso lo comento, es que las cortinas de la habitación no eran totalmente opacas. Por mi parte no hubo ningún problema porque de noche apenas entra luz, pero quizá podría ser poco discreto si se tienen las luces de la habitación encendidas.

Ventajas: I have stayed at this hotel many times and always meets my needs. The staff are always nice and the hotel is of a good standard. Its position is great for the City and there is a car park right near.
Desventajas: The room was a disabled room and the shower flooded the bathroom within 2 minutes. I did not know until I finished the shower (5 mins max) that the shower had flooded my room as well and my clothes and shoes got wet I have to say when I checked out I was expecting an apology and just to say ok the one drink you put on the room we will take off the bill. I have stayed many times at the hotel and I have to say I was really unhappy about it.

Ventajas: This is a great hotel located near the wonderful central food market and within easy walk to most of the good attractions that Valencia offers. The rooms at this hotel are very stylish and comfortable, with minibar, tea and coffee facilities and each room is complete with many snacks you can purchase. I found both the reception and bar staff both efficient and very friendly. If you are looking for a good quality hotel, in a great location then this is it. I will definitely be returning.

Ventajas: The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by a warm welcome and offered refreshments. From this time forward we were met with politeness and enthusiasm from all staff members who couldn’t do enough for you. We loved the breakfasts which were so varied. Everything was so fresh and nothing was too much trouble. Also we are at the restaurant and the food was inspiring and very tasty. This hotel knows how to spoil its customers and went beyond our expectations.

Ventajas: I was in Valencia for 3 nights for the marathon. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large and spacious with all the amenieties you would expect large tv (unfortunately no english language channels), kettle with coffee/tea and complimentary toiletteries. The metro is very close to the hotel so it is very easy to travel around the city. The wifi is also one the best I have had in a hotel very fast at all times.
Desventajas: Only slight problem was that the reception was always busy and was only manned by two people, it really needed to be manned by more people. My card to my room kept reseting every 24 hours for some reason and having to wait in a long line of people checking in to get back into my room was not ideal.

Desventajas: There were problems with my safe box; ones I couldn't open it and the other time I couldn't close it. On both occasions, the technical staff helped me very quickly though. While taking a shower the water was coming out from the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor.

Desventajas: The interior is quite outdated, the furniture not just the 1980' s style, but actually from that time. I am travelling with my daughter, who is a minor, and during check in process the receptionist told me that I should have the documents proving that I am her mother ready to show at the check in. This wasn't their policy, he said, but...Why mention it, if it's not necessary?? I have travelled many times with chidren, and I am asked to provide documents when we exit our home country, but never so far from a hotel receptionist. Very unpleasant first impression. The breakfast is very expensive. It is simply not worhty to pay 50 Euros, especially when travelling with a child. Fortunately there are plenty of nice options nearby

Ventajas: I asked for a small double room and that's what it was - big enough and comfortable for a short break in the city. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was bustling and interesting with lots of bars, coffee shops and nice restaurants. The location is good with the old town (and the nearest metro station) being around 15 minutes walk north from the hotel so not far. Moreover the science park and its ultra modern buildings is also not too far - about 20 minutes walk eastwards. The room had a safe which was great, but no tea/coffee making facilities.
Desventajas: It was winter and a little cold outside, and the room heater made little difference even on its highest setting to make a rather chilly room warm. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was too small. I didn't have breakfast as it didn't seem to be that good value.

Ademas de eso el personal impecable al resivirnos, muy buena gente. Ademas que llegamos casi sobre medianoche de moche buena. El hotel era muy lindo, de lo mejor que hemos reservado en españa en nuestro viaje. LO RECOMIENDO 100% ademas esta en barcelona y sevilla

Desventajas: El area de desayuno es muy pequeña y tuvimos que esperar mientras alguien dejaba una mesa. El desayuno en sí está bien, no hay nada especial y, sin duda, no vale la pena 15-20 EUR por persona. Salir y un buscar un local. Desventajas: No nos gustò el hecho que no hemos podido aparcar en el hotel , desconocíamos que el parking tenía solo 8 plazas y llegamos de 8 hora de viaje, fue muy frustrante tener que aparcar lejos. También para nuestra mascota hemos tenido que pagar un suplemento de 20€ que me parece bien , pero en todos los hoteles que hemos estado anteriormente Pet friendly tenían en la habitación una camita para dormir y unos cacharro para poder darle agua , este nada. No se puede considerar un 4 estrellas, las habitaciones son muy antiguas . No volveremos .

Ventajas: Our first time in Valencia. We looked at several places on line and were very skeptical. The location caught our attention and it didn’t failed us. Number one is the location. It’s walking distance from several points of tourism’s interest. Number two is the space. It’s very spacious with double balconies and complete clean kitchen and family room. Number three will be cleanest and safety. No walking into dark streets when you are in front of one of the main plazas. If you don’t like the sound of church bells, this is not for you. There are three or four churches very close and you here these bells almost all day. At noon all four went off at the same time. The apartment is great!

Ventajas: La ubicación es perfecta, todo cae cerca. El apartamento es sencillo pero con detalles que le dan encanto (han conservado las vigas y contraventanas originales). El personal es muy amable. Poder tener acceso a parking aunque sea pagando es un plus (nos alojamos en festivo y estaban la mayoría ocupados). Para una estancia corta es ideal. La cama muy cómoda aunque las almohadas algo duras. Hacer la entrada en otro lugar agobia un poco al desconocer la zona, pero luego te das cuenta que está a tres minutos andando uno de otro

Ventajas: I was in Valencia for 3 nights for the marathon. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large and spacious with all the amenieties you would expect large tv (unfortunately no english language channels), kettle with coffee/tea and complimentary toiletteries. The metro is very close to the hotel so it is very easy to travel around the city. The wifi is also one the best I have had in a hotel very fast at all times.
Desventajas: Only slight problem was that the reception was always busy and was only manned by two people, it really needed to be manned by more people. My card to my room kept reseting every 24 hours for some reason and having to wait in a long line of people checking in to get back into my room was not ideal.

My room didn’t give on the ocean, was right next to the elevator, and had twin beds instead of a double bed, because they were “full” the receptionist said. At this time of the year when it rains all the time, very hard to believe that... The rooms I had had some noise issue due to being on the street side. It’s not terrible, but if you’re sensitive, do mind that.

Desventajas: Aunque la entrada y el vestíbulo te dan la sensación de una estancia de 4 estrellas, debo decir que el mobiliario de la habitación es bastante básico sin darme mucho de lo que hablar.

Desventajas: El hotel no me envía la factura después de solicitarla varias veces. Dicen que la envía booking y por ello, siguen sin enviarmela. Me parece una falta de responsabilidad y eficacia por parte del hotel referente a temas administrativos.

Ventajas: Breakfast was very good. Location was bad, although it was near the Science / Oceanografic centre but there was no information provided in the hotel to tell you that. We could have spent two days in the Oceanografic Centre if we had known how close it was to the Hotel plus we could have bought a 2 day ticket which is a lot cheaper than buying 2 separate tickets !
Desventajas: The pool is VERY small and is NOT deep.

Ventajas: El personal de recepción,siempre atentos y amables lo único rescatable del hotel de "4 estrellas".
Desventajas: Nos dieron una habitación sucia, simplemente tendieron las camas y pusieron jabones nuevos,las almohadas olían espantoso, el baño totalmente sucio, dice ser 4 estrellas pero un hostel esta mejor. Aparte llegamos tarde por nuestro vuelo y mientras nos quejamos e hicimos el cambio fue casi la 1 a.m., teníamos que madrugar para un tour. Las habitaciones son súper incómodas ni siquiera una tetera, para hacer café. Lo siento mucho pero serán - 4 estrellas.

Ventajas: Easy access to public transport into city centre. Near to the science and arts centre.
Desventajas: Room small for two adults and a child. Carpet disgustingly dirty. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Got the room at a cheap rate so you get what you pay for. I have learned a valuable lesson.

Ventajas: El desayuno correcto. La ubicación está bien para visitar la zona del Museo de las Ciencias, algo separada del casco histórico. Como siempre, el trato del personal, atendiendo a mi condición de género fue más que correcta. Amigable.
Desventajas: Las mamparas del baño siguen siendo cortas, y por cuidado que pongas mojas el suelo del cuarto de baño, excelente por otra parte.

Ventajas: Los colchones comodísimos y también las almohadas. Buena ubicación, cerca hay muchos bares donde tomar algo. Buen servicio de habitaciones.
Desventajas: A una de las chicas de recepción (sólo una, las demás agradables) no llamó a un taxi cuando se lo solicité y me dijo que me fuera a esperar uno a la avenida (llegamos tarde a la boda).
El parking es laberíntico e inaccesible para muchos coches ya que es muy estrecho y tiene 4 puertas hasta llegar al lugar donde se debe aparcar, además no está muy bien señalizado.
