READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. Cancelation not allowed for any reason, I will never use Kayak or Payless again. I had to reschedule my trip and they billed me anyway.Opinión del 31 oct. 2022

Picking up the car was incredibly smooth. I was afraid I would have to sit there waiting on the shuttle for a long time but both times it was ready to go. Bus drivers were very friendly and funny. Getting my car took ten minutes max and dropping it off took 5 minutes. Everything went much better than expected. The car was clean and perfect for my needs. All in all a great rental experience.Opinión del 5 set. 2022

Due to several flight changes by no fault of my own, I had to cancel my trip hours before I was to pick up the car. I tried desperately calling from the airport but the person could not find my Payless confirmation number in her system. It wasn't until the next day that I was able to call the Payless office and it was too late then. Please do penalize the Payless facility but I won't be using Kayak again with the no refund policy.Opinión del 21 feb. 2022
