Thrilled to get a vehicle at all, but the expense for 2 days was extraordinary. A lot of confusion about whether the vehicle was at or off-airport. The reservation email sent us to town some 10 miles away for pick up which was at the airport. Some confusion about returning the vehicle and depositing the key inside at the vacant kiosk. The vehicle was clean and worked well, and almost an essential component for a visit to Kalispell and environs.Opinión del 18 jul. 2021

Ventajas:The staff was very friendly.Desventajas:The tires were inflated to odd levels of pressure from 28 to 40 pounds per square inch. We had to go to a station and have them inflated and deflated. It took an hour out of our trip to find a station with an air pump.Opinión del 8 jun. 2021

Ventajas:at drop off, I explained that the gas tank was FULL. After reviewing the bill before boarding my flight, I discovered that I was charged for the cost of $97 for fuel. I had to go back to the agent (behind the security) and she corrected it. I find this annoying as it is a basic component of checking out a rental car. Ventajas:Very friendly staff, no line and easy rental process.Desventajas:I wasn't sure how to return the vehicle - had to take keys to the desk unlike other rental experiences where someone is there waiting to check you in or you leave the keys in the car. Ventajas:I liked the rental once I got one.Desventajas:The first rental not properly working, it wouldn’t start up right away, the car had several dents and scratches on the car, it also smelled like smoke.
