Horrible. They allowed me to make a reservation for that same day online along with an upfront fee, and then when I arrived a staff member clarified that if you'd made a same day reservation "thrifty will not honor it." So basically they scammed tons of people by letting them book online then refusing to honor it. Just raking in the partial up front fee from who knows how many people just because stock was low and it appeared like one of the only options left.Opinión del 24 ago. 2023

Had to purchase the following because the vehicle was never serviced or checked prior to releasing it .Zero washer fluid.coolant levels were low. Nail in rear tire. All had to be fixed by customer ( me ).Opinión del 13 jul. 2023

Didn’t get the car. The lineup was an hour and a half just to get to the counter. They informed me I would have to wait on the other 4 to 5 hours to get the car. I didn’t get it. Very disappointed and after waiting an hour and a half a little bit angry.Opinión del 11 jun. 2023

Pick up took WAYYYYYY too long. 3 people in front of me and 2 staff. Almost an hour wait. They tried too hard to upsell me on insurance. The drop off was fast but they don’t give you a receipt when they check-in your car. He told me that he would send an email to me and if I had a problem with it I could complain inside. Horrible, didn’t even get to use reservation. Arrived at rental car facility and Thrifty counter was closed. Everyone diverted to Dollar who had a line at least 100 people deep. As we are waiting in line. 3-4 people come by all flustered saying “Don’t even bother, they don’t have any cars” I verified this with 4 more people exiting the line and decided to go with National who had zero people in line and plenty of cars.Opinión del 6 jun. 2023

Counter wasn’t open. Directed to Dollar rental. Dollar Rental had 2.5 hour lineup that I couldn’t wait for. Had to cancel rental and find alternate arrangements that cost me 2x the cost of what was advertised from Thrifty. Despite the 2x in cost my time is worth more then the 2.5 hour wait to use thrifty.Opinión del 26 may. 2023
