Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am
Cheap flight, on time!

Desventajas: "Covid travel. Had us board an hour before take off and the back half of the plane was 100% full. Every seat including middle seats. 15 min before take off they allowed passengers to take empty seats and spread out."

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed multiple times, the directions on having boarding passes on the app or printed prior were not given so found that our last minute to avoid paying the front desk clerk $5.00. The flight landed 5 hours later than scheduled which is completely unacceptable."
Desventajas: "I bought a flight that I had to end up cancelling - when I called to cancel - within the 24 hour period, they would not let me cancel despite text on my confirmation saying that there would be a free cancellation within the 24 hours. Extremely annoyed that there was a blatant miscommunication. I did not end up going on the flight but was unable to get a refund which seems ridiculous given that there was text on the website explicitly saying this was their policy."

Desventajas: "I purchased 2 bulk head seats for more leg room and because they changed the plane, my seats were no longer in the bulk head. We didn't have extra leg room and I would like a refund for the price I paid to upgrade my seats. It is impossible to get service on the phone, since even the customer service number the flight attentendant gave me, still put me on an unbearable hold time. Please refund my money for the seats that you did not provide me with."

Desventajas: "Allegiant Crew were very snotty and sassy... bossy even, like they were all having a bad day. The flight itself felt like we were falling out of the sky the entire time. Up and down up and down. Seat back tray tables were extremely small."

Desventajas: "Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue."

Desventajas: "I understand that Allegiant has a pricing structure to implement, but forcing passengers to keep personal items between their feet when most of the overhead compartments were empty was just insulting and ridiculous - not to mention dangerous. In the event of extreme turbulence (or worse), all those personal items would be flying around the cabin."

Ventajas: "On the way there and back the staff was friendly, the flight was smooth and and overall everything was just great. This was my first time flying with Allegiant and I will definitely do it again."

Al despedirnos cuanod llegamos a managua el personal de cabina incluyendo piloto y copiloto nos despidieron con una sonrisa!!! Felicidades!!! fueron dos detalles que dan un balance positivo a las bajas calificaciones. En oficina de managua,(camino de oriente) tienen a un senor de atencion al cliente que deberian orientarlo a ese mismo patron. Mucas gracias por pedir retrooalimentacion y el deseo de mejorar.
