I have a bad left hip and was in pain the whole flight because all I could do is keep my left leg in one position. If these boxes are necessary then get those seats more space so it will not be a problem. Put new Monitor screens into the seats."

(air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."

Staff happily kept offering to refill my water on the ~2 hr flight (probably more frequently than JAL asked during my 13 hr flight a couple months ago...). Overall, good flight. Professional staff. Softer lighting be a little bit more comforting to the eyes, besides don't each seat have its own light source if extra lighting is needed!"

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

The cabin crew was friendly and helpful. We had a very short connecting time (1 hour) at Doha. They put a ground staff to receive all the ten passengers who needed to make that connection."

Solicite que me den uno junto a mi esposa y me cambiaron a otro al fondo de tamanio menor que el usual y al lado una persona obesa que ocupaba la mitad de ese asiento. La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"

Ventajas: "La atención fue muy buena, los asientos son muy cómodos el servicio de entretenimiento, cuentan con una entrada de audífonos y salida usb para cargar tu teléfono mientras viajas.el wifi en la nave son un plus."
Desventajas: "Pague un upgrade a un mejor lugar y Mi asiento se regresaba a la posición original solo el cual tenía que que estar acomodándolo , a pesar de que el personal me comentó que era una nave nueva."

Retirando equipaje y volviendolo a pasar. Nos dijeron que el Lima nos iban a contactar para resarcirnos monetaria mente por noche de hotel perdida. Mentiras para sacarnos de encima. Increíble. Detestable. Denigrante!!!!!!!!. Avianca NUNCA MAS. Y ME VOY A ENCARGAR QUE MUCHA GENTE LO SEPA. Dedique se a otra cosa. ."
Desventajas: "Nuestro vuelo tuvo un atraso que nos hizo perder la Conexión en Miami , el personal en Bogota muy descortés y no nos dieron soluciones. El supervisor Mauricio Velez fue desatento y grosero la única solución que nos dieron fue conectar en un vuelo de Delta que supuestamente salía 8:10 am y con sorpresa al llegar a Miami nos dimos cuenta que era 8:10 pm. Pésimo servicio"

Desventajas: "Pesimo servicio de cena y desayuno. Muy mala comida y los aeromozos no eran atentos. Al punto de que a mi fila no nos habian dado la bandeja de desayuno y nos dijeron que seggro era porque estabamos durmiendo, lo cual no fue asi."
Ventajas: "El personal. El piloto muy bueno, los/as azafato/as lo mejor del viaje."
Desventajas: "Avión antiguo e incomodo para un vuelo tan largo. La tv era en medio del avión, no teníamos pantallas en cada asiento. No tenían apuntado mi menú vegetariano a pesar de contratarlo previamente. Hicimos una escala cuando el vuelo era directo..."

Desventajas: "El vuelo salió tarde, el entretenimiento no lo pide usar porque nadie me informó que toca bajarse la aplicación antes de subirse al avión. En este vuelo si dan un pequeño snack."
