They also serve food on the short flight which not all airlines do between Korea and Japan. Seats are also comfortable; more leg room than other airlines."

Ventajas: "Overall, the flight back from Seoul to Atlanta was better than our previous experience. At least this time the flight attendants were more attentive and prompt to ask if you need anything. Entertainment was good and so were the meals. I appreciate the two meals and beverages."
Desventajas: "Seats are just uncomfortable (not enough cushion and no back support) and the little extra space is not noticeable after so many hours sitting in a long flight such as this one. The lavatories could use a cleaning sometime along the flight. Our flight was packed so after so many people using them, they were not looking or smelling their best. Tickets are expensive. It was also warm most of the time."

Excellent crew who were always willing to help with my fondness for a beer. Food was as expected and up to the standard of Singapore Airlines. Also, to me little things like fold the cup holder before take off and landing is just a simple task to do without giving a lecture to the passenger when he or she might be tight up with kids."

The movie selection was great. Take off, flight and landing were smooth. And we arrive half an hour early both directions!"

Desventajas: "To my flight specifically, it got adjusted without telling me so I ended up missing my final transfer. I was not given a notification for a flight change. Someone met me at the end of my second flight to tell me I missed my connecting flight. With the adjusted flight Singapore gave me, there was no chance I would have made it. They did purchase a ticket for me on another airline to get to San Francisco in the end."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

This must happen to customers frequently because the wording is not clear. i was very upset and due to this i will NOT fly this airline again. i was charged the price of a first call flight in total for economy service. NOT GOOD"

La atencion miy buena. Todo bien. El desayuno no me gustó
El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Ventajas: "Cuando estaba abordando la señorita que chequea los boletos me empezó a preguntar que donde había estado antes que si tenia boleto de vuelta que le enseñara y que yo sepa ella no es de migración me hizo esperar me abordó se último y nunca me entere cual fue el problema es una pésima actitud de la empleada de la aerolínea"

A pesar de pedir que me desembarcaran en Buenos Aires porque sabía que iba a perder mi conexión en Estambul a colombo no quisieron. Tuve que continuar viaje y ahora estoy esperando 24 h en Estambul al próximo vuelo a colombo. Inaceptable"
Desventajas: "La tripulación es muy brusca, no informan y tratan mal a los pasajeros. La línea aérea no intentó ganar tiempo para facilitar a los pasajeros que pudieran hacer sus conexiones. Horrible"

Cancelación de vuelo por motivos de tripulación por 15 horas de atraso sin derecho a hotel para descanso.
