Cabin foods are generous, filled with variety and tasting the best among various international airlines that I have experienced between LAX and Taipei, Taiwan in the past ten years. Ventajas: "After requesting a special meal, the flight attendants made absolutely sure of my identity before passing the meal to me (which was GREAT!). Having the pillow, blanket and headphones ready in place when boarding was considerate of Korean Air. Of course, no matter what, having to ask people to accommodate the requests to use the lavatory got old really fast (I had a window seat) but it's what had to happen. Overall, for such a long flight, the airline is a pleasant one with which to fly."

The crew are very polite and attentive, the plane is comfy and clean. The food could have been better. It's not for all people's taste. They should give atleast two meals in a 4-5hr flight, a snack and a meal coz the portions are so little.

Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."

Desventajas: "La calidad del sonido del sistema de entretenimiento a bordo no es buena. Hay mal contacto entre las tomas del asiento y los auriculares."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.
Una aerolinea con estandares de calidad y de servicio insuperables. Nos trataron muy bien desde que llegamos al Counter.
El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

Y ahí quedó mi batería. La comida más variada"

Desventajas: "Food service was poor; food trays were arranged in a sloppy way; in fact the tray that came to me was not clean at all. First meal service from Doha to Washington (IAD) took nearly 2.5 hours to reach my home after the service started. The male attendants were sloppy, not well organized. When asked why it takes so long, the answer I got: "We were not prepared to meet the customer's preferences." But that does not excuse the long delay in serving row 36."
