I was very happy to discover that an airline staff person was waiting for me when I got off the plane, having already changed me to another Taipei flight. She explained things and guided me to the right place. She was able to walk amazingly fast for a woman wearing high heels!"

The service was the best. Flight attendants were so nice and accommodating at all hours of the day and didn't even flinch once after our multiple requests for more wine. They made sure we had enough food and snacks throughout the flights and provided plenty of water and juices to stay hydrated."

Ventajas: "We had a short connection after a Korean Air Flight from Hanoi to Seoul before catching KE 085 to JFK. The time pressure was heightened because the first flight take off was delayed. There was an attendant waiting as we deplaned in Seoul who escorted us to the gate and assured us that the plane would wait for us. And miraculously, our baggage tagged for short connection, did make it with us to JFK!"

We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."
Desventajas: "Que haya más variedad en la comida vegana"

Ventajas: "Staff were helpful, pleasant, and attentive. Really appreciated that due to the length of my layover in Doha, I was given a hotel room - which I hadn't asked for, and which Qatar Airlines personnel told me I might be able to get, and then arranged or me. That's excellent service!"
Desventajas: "I wish NO ONE's seat tipped back - space is already tight, and if everyone just stayed in their own space rather than tipping seats aback, everyone would have more room! Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating."

Desventajas: "Atención al cliente: en el tramo Doha-Nairobi pedí un cambio de asiento porque el compañero de fila estaba borracho (subió borracho y empezó consumir alcohol antes de despegar el vuelo), y me enviaron a un asiento incómodo, aún cuando cuando les dije que sufro de discapacidad en una pierna"
Desventajas: "I had a carry on plus a laptop bag. On the website they say you are allowed to carry a personal item such as handbag or a laptop bag along with the carry on piece. This guy at Nagpur airport says the weight of both these combined should be under 15 lbs. are you kidding me?"
Ventajas: "I think that my review and comments about the first portion of the flight apply equally to the second portion of the flight. Despite my criticism of the food, the flight attendant service was above expectations."

This must happen to customers frequently because the wording is not clear. i was very upset and due to this i will NOT fly this airline again. i was charged the price of a first call flight in total for economy service. NOT GOOD"

Desventajas: "Was on flight QR 743 Doha to Boston. The pilot landed as if it was an afterthought In good weather, it sounded as if the pilot used the computer to land. The crew worked with great pains within a difficult situation. The flight was delayed by an hour, full flight had dirty lavatories without water from the get go! One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."
