El vuelo estuvo excelente. La gente de JAL es muy especial. La próxima vez volveré a volar con ellos.

When we arrived February 16th they stated we were "standby" after a debated discussion they found us some seats at the very back of the plane (not our selected seats). On our flight back they had us, my husband and I seating in separate sections on the plane (again not our selected seats) 6 rows away from each other. I will NOT recommend using Kayak in the future. Cabin foods are generous, filled with variety and tasting the best among various international airlines that I have experienced between LAX and Taipei, Taiwan in the past ten years. The seat belt on light and bell were kept at minimal, in contrast to other airlines like EVA, China Airlines, Korean Airlines and United Airlines."

Ventajas: "checking in at chicago ohare ord was a nightmare.there were only 12 of us in line yet the wait exceeded 1 hour , we watched as the airlines next to us processed well over 150 passenger's while the japan airline moved slower than snail sex. it was painfully beyond slow."

The crew are very polite and attentive, the plane is comfy and clean. The food could have been better. It's not for all people's taste. They should give atleast two meals in a 4-5hr flight, a snack and a meal coz the portions are so little.

Desventajas: "The place where we at, the aircon/ fan is not working, my husband and I tried but still not working, uncomfortable feeling for a long trip , prior to this we had a long walk to find our gate number because it's in the new building. Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

We need extra time to be organised and in our seats for a very long flight. If not we block the aisle. And that is without consideration for the fact that my daughter has limited sight so needs my help and it takes time. I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."

They constantly feed u & alcoholic beverages all at no extra charge. Flight attendants always have a smile on their flight. In flight entertainment was great, touch screen and remote controller. They supply earbuds, socks, toothbrush and paste."

We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

Ventajas: "For medium range flights SQ uses A330s. Business class is really OK, not great. Each passenger can freely choose any configuration of the seat without inconveniencing others. Food is great, both in presentation and taste, and serve with refined courtesy... I will gladly fly on this aircraft again on my way back."
Desventajas: "The entertainment system has literally hundreds of choices -- many, many movies for all tastes under the sky. But there is one drawback. Each movie starts, not when you are ready, but when the system is ready ; you cannot pause, resume it, no fast-forward..."

La atencion miy buena. Todo bien. El desayuno no me gustó
El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Tuve que continuar viaje y ahora estoy esperando 24 h en Estambul al próximo vuelo a colombo. Inaceptable"

Tuve que salir por tierra a Armenia y de ahí comprar un nuevo billete con Air France por mi cuenta. Kayak siguió mandando mensajes de que el vuelo estaba en horario, y nunca actualizó la información que enviaba en sus alertas, como que no hubiera pasado nada. Incluso en el mapa se veía en ruta el avión cuando nunca había despegado. Tremendo"

Sería recomendable que te avisaran al llegar a Zanzibar que es recomendable al salir de Zanzibar llegar con mínimo 3h de antelación para evitar estrés."
