Having the pillow, blanket and headphones ready in place when boarding was considerate of Korean Air. Of course, no matter what, having to ask people to accommodate the requests to use the lavatory got old really fast (I had a window seat) but it's what had to happen. Overall, for such a long flight, the airline is a pleasant one with which to fly."

I am very disappointed."

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Desventajas: "carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways (Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes, so the carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on Qatar on purpose or by engineering error, and I will not fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) ran slow and out of memory at times. Seats were not comfortable for 12hrs flight. My butt was starting to hurt. I did not have this issues on Emirates flights."

Desventajas: "They announced everything in English and Arabic and repeated the same announcement multiple times. The entertainment is good but frustrating that it is constantly interrupted with announcement about everything. I have never heard that many on any other plane. The announcement about customs paperwork was long and done 2 times in English and 2 times in Arabic. There safety video is soooo long and again is done in two languages. It was just all too much. Besides that everything was great."

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed by 10 hours less with less than 24 hours notice. Had to call Asiana to change flight to a 1 stop flight (original flight was nonstop). Flight to Seoul from New York was also delayed by 8 hours and I ended up having to spend ~$70 for hotel/taxi due to arriving in Seoul past midnight. Horrible experience both there and back and don't think I would ever take Asiana again."

Ventajas: "I liked the airbus used to fly from and to the USA. On a 15 hour flight comfort is key, and they did their best. The have build little foot pedals to rest your feet on. Meals also came often, and the food was on the better end of airplane food. Crew was also very friendly!"
Desventajas: "The crew only came around with water every 3 hours or so. This is unacceptable on a long flight."
Ventajas: "The crew was lovely and very helpful. They were attentive and constantly providing beverages. The films were nice and a large selection. The food was delicious and it was overall a lovely flight which was nice since it was over 13 hours in length."
Desventajas: "It would have been nice for slightly more space but it is definitely not the most cramped economy class I have sat in. Additionally, it would have been nice to have different movies from my flight to Seoul but there is so much too choose from that this is not a real issue either."

On the flight two weeks before from JFK - they did a great job on the bathrooms.On both flights there was no need for the constant interruptions telling us to put the seat belts on. Just turn on the light no need to make an announcements in two languages."
