Desventajas: "Inconsistencies, on my way back to montreal from the philippines, i was informed that baggage would be claimed directly to final port of destination but didnt, when i arrived at toronto i had to take my bagage and drop it off again, although my next flight would be with west jet airlines, korean air was not able to communicate well with their airline partners as to bagage claim and changes in boarding gates."
Ventajas: "Phillapines was awesome and I want to go to Korea next the Philippines is building a new airport to cebu city maybe direct from N.Y. would be awesome"

Ventajas: "I very much enjoyed the flight. The crew went out of their to make you feel comfortable. The food was delicious and more than enough to make you full. I was very impressed with the room between seats. I will definitely fly with this airlines again"

Desventajas: "Our flight to Chicago was delayed 10 hours out of Korea. The airport ran out of food. The natives we're restless. What was worse was the lack of communication from the airline. If they just would have told us what was going on, we all would have been more assured."

Ventajas: "Korean Air staff was great. I fly Korean when flight prices are reasonable. Stsff helped me as I need assistance as a disabled passenger. Plan to fly again to BKK and back next summer and will fly KA again if price is competitive."

Desventajas: "Sitting down 5 hrs it was very painful to be sitting that long. My seat eould heat up and it was uncomfortable also. I couldn't sleep during the flight."
Ventajas: "Reading previous Kayak reviews made me worried about my upcoming trip, but after experiencing everything it all went well. The entire trip made it so easy and smoothly. Definitely I will be using Kayak app again."
Ventajas: "Boarding was quick and easy. I didn't have the food onboard but it smelled alright. Staff happily kept offering to refill my water on the ~2 hr flight (probably more frequently than JAL asked during my 13 hr flight a couple months ago...). Overall, good flight. Professional staff. We didn't crash so that's always good."
Desventajas: "Seat was uncomfortable, but when you're flying economy nowadays, that's pretty much expected. Took a while for us to get into the air but that was probably just due to it being a holiday and potentially many flights backing up the runway."

Ventajas: "There was a delay in taking off from SFO but the attendants worked very hard at getting everyone on board and taken care of. I missed my connecting flight in Seoul because of the delay, but the attendant let me know well before that I would miss the flight. In Seoul they took me to their very nice Hyatt hotel where I stayed the night and they offered me a very excellent buffet dinner at no cost."
Desventajas: "There was plenty of confusion with the ground crew in Seoul and I was lost trying to find my way to the station where I could find another flight to Hanoi. However, as soon as I found the Korean Air station, they took very good care of me."
