They constantly feed u & alcoholic beverages all at no extra charge. Flight attendants always have a smile on their flight. In flight entertainment was great, touch screen and remote controller. They supply earbuds, socks, toothbrush and paste."

I believe the flight attendant knew of my concerns because she started asking me if the service was ok. If your doing a good job, then you won’t have to ask."

Ventajas: "I booked regular economy and flew to Tokyo that way, but put a bid in for premium economy for the flight home and got it. It's not a big upgrade (bigger display panel, a little more leg room, seat tilt and it has a leg rest) but those things made the flight for me."

Ventajas: "We had the BEST FEMALE flight attendants, they were soooo helpful and one of them came and wrote down my kids' names so she can call them by their names, and they got to choose the food and got theirs early so I was able to help them before mine arrived which was super thoughtful! Food option was pretty good and lots of shows and movies to choose from. Getting ice cream was such a treat for my kids!"

La cantidad de opciones del entrenamiento a bordo es excelente sólo deberían agregar opciones en castellano Muy mala actitud de la tripulación salvo los que había españoles Bajo mucho la calidad de lo que era antes de la oande

Se restrasó el abordaje pero en general fue bueno y sin contratiempos. No me gustó que no te permitan bajar al piso principal cuando vas en vuelo de conexion.
Excelente servicio y linea aérea, buenos espacios de equipaje y gran servicio de comida. Los espacios un poco justos para un vuelo interoceánico, pero de lo mejor que he visto

Pude hacer un upgrade a ultima hora que hizo de mi viaje muy agradable. El programa ICE de entretenimiento es muy bueno. La comida y los licores y vinos excelentes.

We were very impressed by the quality of service, the meal and entertainment offerings- it was a nice memory of how flying with USA airlines used to be in the good ol days. We flew economy so nothing special was added to our basic service."

Sadly our plane to Australia from Los Angeles did not have the same seats. Entertainment selection excellent ! Great line up of brand new and older movies. I was able to use my noise cancelling headphones in your jack which was a big plus."

Enjoyed sitting in the back of the plane however meal selection was terrible as the front of the plane always fed first so by the one it was our turn there was only one option - terrible “southern chicken” Or the Greek Inlet Which was just ok."

Desventajas: "It is frustrating that most airlines never leave on time anymore. They should be required to pay each passenger $50 for every 15 minutes they are late. It's also terrible that seats have become so cramped. My biggest fear is to drop something at my feet because then I can never reach it. Sigh."
Ventajas: "The crew take time to talk to you, and everyone of them has a smile. The in flight meals were great, not typical airline TV dinners. They were good meals. The entertainment selection is outstanding, especially for a 14-hour flight. power outlets work, and they even have snacks in the galley area like Lufthansa so if you need a soft drink, coffee or candy...it is there all during the flight. A long flight could not be made easier"

Ventajas: "The Qantas staff in both LAX and MEL were polite, helpful, and professional. No problems checking in, online or at the airport. Flights were punctual and aside from major delays, went as planned. The kindness and responsiveness of the crew made the flight more bearable. What can I say? Everything went very smoothly. To me, a sign of competent management and good work ethic among Qantas employees. Very impressed. Good job Aussies!"

Ventajas: "The in-flight entertainment was packed full of recent big movies. I was travelling with my partner on separate tickets due to us having different final destinations. The Qantas staff was able to re-arrange our seats together for the long flight over the Pacific. We also got to celebrate New Year's twice, since we crossed the International Dateline."
Desventajas: "I was not a fan of the A380 prior to my flight, and was even less of a fan after. The boarding in Melbourne was chaotic- for some unexplained reason, Qantas felt the need to quarantine the seating area around the gate. This led to a minor stampede as all 5,000 passengers thought the flight was boarding. The Qantas staff at Melbourne, from the check-in desks, to the boarding crew were all apparently over-whelmed. It wasn't any better upon arrival at LAX- the baggage area was chaos as our arrival apparently caught the LAX baggage handlers by surprise. I had a four-hour layover in LAX, yet still managed to miss my connecting flight after an excessive delay getting our checked bags, the line through customs, and rechecking in through the TSA - and that was WITH an expedited screening pass."
Ventajas: "registration was easy and well organized. Kosher food was perfect and served timely. Crew was polite and helping immediately. Everything was comfortable, except the quality of earphones ."
Desventajas: "The food was terrible. By the time the meal cart came to ou row, all the got meals was out and we have no choice and was served with the cold ham salad that looks like left overs, both my son and I lost our appetite looking at it. The crew didn't apologize and gave the impression that we either take it or too bad. Won't be recommending this airline."

When the people in front of us layed their seats down we could not even move and when meals were served the flight attendants had to ask the passengers in front of us to please put their seats up so that they could serve us food. Then when the service was over the people layed their seats right down...they were literally in our laps."

ALL THREE FLIGHTS WERE DELAYED, one even being a 2-3hr delay, and compensation was only $8 AUD voucher at the airport - just enough to get coffee! Excuses were made due to weather, some say it was due to staff. Never will I fly with them. Disorganized and never on time."
Desventajas: "Way too cold in the cabin and asked for another blanket and was told no spares."
Ventajas: "Overall good in flight service."
Desventajas: "Lot of virgin employees got special treatment. Too many Virgin employees traveling. One Virgin employee was granted access to entire row of seats."

Desventajas: "My bag got lost, and they didn't deliver it until very late. Also, the taxi driver somehow had the wrong address, so I had to give the correct one to him over the phone after he called me, confused about where he was."

Ventajas: "We were pleasantly surprised by the legroom for the regular economy seats. We usually opt extra legroom because my husband is 6'4" but he was very comfortable on this flight. We fly often and on many different airlines, but Virgin always stands out for exceptional service, modern and clean planes (continuously attended to throughout the flight), better meals, friendly staff, extensive entertainment options...definitely one of the best overhaul international flights we've had."
Desventajas: "The check-in procedure at Sydney Airport was a bit of a nightmare. Even the people who had checked in online had to wait in line (for 30 minutes-1 hour) to get boarding pass and check bags. We had carry-on bags only and still had to do this. I understand they need to recheck everyone's documents since the flight was headed to the US, but the available counters and process for moving customers along was very slow. Other than that, we had an excellent 5* star experience."
Desventajas: "It was actually a Delta Flight and the plane was old and two of the lavatories in the back section of the plane broke down mid-way through the flight. I had preselected a seat but when I received my boarding pass I was assigned a middle seat with a crying baby behind me."
Ventajas: "Plenty of seat room, plenty of legroom, loved how the actual seat comes forward when you recline the back, also first time in years I got a blanket, pillow, and not only edible, but very good meals! This was my longest flight to date and I was dreading it being in Economy. Virgin Australia made it go quickly and pleasantly. Would definitely fly them again given the opportunity!"
Ventajas: "Excellent legroom in economy - seemed to be more than the 32" stated. Also, the seat was comfortable and the food was excellent on this long flight (MEL-LAX). Overall, a better experience than any US carrier we've flown."
Ventajas: "Nada NOTHING"
Desventajas: "Compre un vuelo directo, mas caro que todos para llegar temprano a Bali. De la aerolinea no solo agregaron una escala (haciendolo mas largo) sino que lo demoraron 4 horas. Desperdicie un dia en el aeropuerto sin poder disfrutar Bali ni Sydney. Me arrepiento haber comprado la vuelta con ellos. I BOUGHT AN EXPENSIVE TICKET TO GET EARLY TO BALI, AND ENJOY THE DAY. THE AIRLINE NOT ONLY ADDED A PIT STOP BUT THEY DELAYED THE FLIGHT 4 HOURS MAKING ME WASTE A WHOLE DAY IN THE AIRPORT NOT ENJOYING BALI EITHER SYDNEY. I TOTALLY REGRET FLYING BACK TO SYD ON VIRGIN"

Desventajas: "No pude hacer check in en línea El vuelo duro 1 hora 50 minutos y no había entretenimiento a bordo"
Desventajas: "Check in was confusing, because we had to check in at one terminal and fly out of another.Food was not great but there was plenty of it."
Ventajas: "I think the meal can do better"
Desventajas: "Providing an option of paying a reasonable extra to upgrade a better taste and quality meal."
Desventajas: "Check in was horrible. Why have automated machines when they don't work and cause twice as much work for your employees. That was the only thing bad about me experience"
Ventajas: "More leg room on this plane than any other economy plane I have been on"
Ventajas: "Not a full flight. Had plenty of space."

Ventajas: "The crew was great. Enough meals. Chips and snacks to grab in between meals. Clean bathrooms. I can't sleep on planes so there were enough films to keep me entertained there and back (watched 6 each way). Virgin is great would fly again in a heartbeat."
Ventajas: "Comfortable seat than other airlines. Good movies choices."
Desventajas: "Didn't have wifi"
Desventajas: "Despite being offered for sale an hour prior to departure, the ticket didn't issue before flight closing. Missed the flight and had to spend time getting a refund from the issuing company instead of spending the time working out how to get home!"

Ventajas: "Plenty of food. Seats a good size , my husband is 6ft 5in and the economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines. The crew werer pleasant and helpful."

Todo estuvo mal. Cancelaron el vuelo a Puebla, cambiamos el vuelo a Cd de Mex y ya en el Avión nos bajaron por qué no había piloto, ademas ya para salir después de la demora no teníamos designado pista. Pedimos asientos buenos ya que teníamos plus y nos dieron los que no se inclinan!!!!
En ese vuelo no tenían para ver películas. Solo con los dispositivos y te cobran el WiFi. Si el vuelo dura casi 5 horas deben enviar aviones con pantallas para el entrenamiento. Esos aviones que no tienen pantallas debe ser para vuelos más cortos.

Una luz general estaba estropeada en el vuelo y se quedo enendida ( era vuelo nocturnos). Era un vuelo de bastantes horas y podrían haber dado algo más consistente de comer. Los asientos no se reclinan tanto como en otros aviones. LO PEOR EL SISTENA QUE TIENE DE ENTRETENIMIENTO INDIVIDUAL. (Sin pantalla)"
