The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

Desventajas: "In LA terminal, instead of the gate number the airport labeled my flight as “TBIT.” Not being local, I had no way of knowing it meant Tom Bradley International Terminal. I stayed near another gait that had international flights, and it turned out the gate was clear on the other side of the complex, which is obscured by construction. If I hadn’t asked one of the workers there I would have missed my flight."

Desventajas: "A Japan Airlines employee escorted me every step of the way to ensure that I made my connecting flight from Tokyo to San Diego because I only had an hour and ten minute layover and this can be challenging when you’re in a foreign country. I cannot thank Japan Airlines enough for how easy they made traveling and how comfortable they made me feel. I Highly recommend flying Japan Airlines for your travels."

In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."

The movie selection was great. Take off, flight and landing were smooth. And we arrive half an hour early both directions!"

Desventajas: "The air conditioning wasn't quite working, maybe the plane was too old"

Ventajas: "Generally uneventful experience. Nothing bad happen. We had individual screen entertainment in economy. The bathrooms are nice."

Desventajas: "Minimal, unhealthy meals. Poor choice of beverages (no cartons of milk) and gloopy fried fish that was all batter. Tpe-Seoul meals were perfunctory boxes with no choices besides malodorous rice. Entertainment was very thin on movies and (jazz/classical) music, and the preview window was about one by two inches, ludicrously small. No English subtitles on most world or Asian movies."
Ventajas: "Nice plane very smooth new"
Desventajas: "Limited movies selection Staff does not smile much"
Ventajas: "The flight attendants are very quick in attending our needs. The airplane is spacious and clean."
Ventajas: "Food only pork and no other choice"
Desventajas: "They tell you that's what we have Take it or leave it"

Desventajas: "Slight delay of 1 hour, late inbound aircraft (weather)"
Ventajas: "Crew very polite; food was really good; in flight entertainment good; and plane was modern and clean. Most imprtantly our check in agent was very capable and helpful. We had a hard time checking in on line, and as a person in my 60s I very much need an asile seat which she arranged. Check in was extremely efficient in a crowded airport. Would definitley fly again."
Desventajas: "Check in website not good. Could not choose seats in advance. This could be much better."
Ventajas: "I was the only one in my row."
Desventajas: "Changed flight without notifying. 27hr Stand By. 4hr layover in Korea. Stuartess had attitudes. Still have 11hr flight to LAX"

Desventajas: "This previous was delayed because they sold their empty seats to other airlines and allowed for those people to make it. However, those who had connecting flights weren't able to make it and had to stay overnight in Korea. The next flight arrived 14 hours after the original scheduled flight."
Ventajas: "I didn't expect there to be a meal & in-flight movies on what I considered to be a relatively short flight. It was a nice treat!"
Desventajas: "No good Korean movies to watch."
Ventajas: "The crew was very friendly and helpful. I checked in two bags and did not get charged."
Desventajas: "The seats are uncomfortable and it was very hot inside the airplane. I woke up a few times because it was very hot and had to drink water to cool down. Also, the day before my flight I had a medical emergency and had to be sent to the hospital. I missed my flight and Asiana does not cover medical emergencies...other airlines do! Way to go! Had to pay extra to get another flight."
Ventajas: "I got randomly upgraded. That was my first time flying business. It was pretty lovely. Lots of room, highly attentive staff that calls you by name."
Desventajas: "I guess the buttons that controlled the seat were confusing but I can live with that."
Desventajas: "Seat needs more cushioning"

Ventajas: "For one, wanted to avoid flying to Manila on the way to Cebu and back as I had less than memorable experiences at the airport and Icheon Airport was the completely the opposite. The food and service was excellent."
Ventajas: "They have a mom line, which is awesome but my husband was gold so we didnt need it, but As a mom of 2 I appreciate that! Smooth check in."
Desventajas: "Staff not as engaging as others, very little communication because I only spoke English?, but pleasant enough. As with all flights, no leg room."

I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. Hope they will serve some chicken or beef for not everyone will eat pork and to starve while on the plane is not acceptable for we paid for it. Thanks"

Desventajas: "La atención a la categoría Emerald, ni en LAX ni HKG ni durante el vuelo el tener categoría Emerald hizo diferencia alguna con la atención recibida a diferencia de Qatar, AA o Japan Airlines en que se esmeran en el buen trato a los viajeros frecuentes de la alianza one world."

Ventajas: "The seats were comfortable with enough leg room even in Economy class. I was late to go through security check-in, but the flight waited for me to board the flight. The on-flight entertainment was excellent."
Desventajas: "I didn't like the food offered that much. Also, it seemed that the crew were not that good in coordinating among themselves and helping out passengers. There was not much option on drinks."

Desventajas: "Luggage was damage and I didnt notice it till I arrived at connecting airport terminal in manila. Didnt have time to file a claim as I have to rush for my local connecting flight. Hopefully Cathay Pacific can take a late damage claim without a report for my luggage"

Desventajas: "It was operated by an alliance air company but I bought thru American Airlines, I even didn't know that was a coshare because I started the first leg with American, once it got cancelled they said that they couldn't do anything, and the other company said that the ticked was issued by American, nightmare. BTW I'm a Platinium member of American Airlines, what thy should at least give a little attention since I fly every month."
Ventajas: "Quick boarding and very polite crew"
Desventajas: "The only issue was 30 minutes waiting in HK to take off and 30 mins circling Manila waiting to land....... both of which were neither an issue with CP."
