No trains or hotels available, only way to rebook was through their phone service? Which didn’t open until 8am. Why not rebook at the ticket desk, guess what? You can’t!"

I like the variety of food choices and some of the dishes were delicious (salmon and rice). The seats are pretty comfortable. They aren't great for sleeping in, but the flight was decently quiet and dark for some time. I would recommend bringing a pair of earplugs and a neck pillow."

Desventajas: "Two key issues: 1. Split up seating 2. Required to pick up and check baggage with limited time due to customs check. 1. They split up all four of our seats (despite booking more than 30 days in advance). Our seven (7) year old daughter was by her self. So was our fifteen (15) year old son. When we addressed it to baggage check (part of major issue number 2), they put two seats together, across an aisle, with both children in them. We obviously just sat one of the adults with the seven year old. This was not just us. SEVERAL families had children seated alone and spread all over the plane. ANA needs to require grouped seating for children under thirteen (13) years old with an adult. 2. Tokyo Haneda is the only airport I can think of where I have to pick up and check baggage again just to clear customs. The flights were 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. With nearly an hour dedicated to getting baggage claimed and getting through customs, we barely had time to fix two of our split seats (see issue 1) and rush via a free bus route that took 6 minutes (luckily we were first stop) to get us to domestic terminal 2. We were then lucky again because we made it through security quickly and our gate happened to be right next to the security check we chose. Another side piece: Haneda Domestic Terminal 2 has four security check areas (A-D). We saw no identifying marks indicating which were closest to which gate. Our bags have already been through a bag check process. Feel free to run them through security scans. Don’t make us wait to collect them just to walk them through the customs desk and check them again."

The movies were pretty new which is always a plus. The crew was awesome. I get motion sickness whenever I ride anything, be it planes, buses, trains or boats, and the fact that the flight attendants kept checking on me put my mind at ease."

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Entertainment service was horrible, old movies and typical Qatar Airline selection of Bollywood films (Expected when flying from Doha, but not New Zealand!) Barely had time to stop at the restroom before final security check where it was all so disorganized. After that check we were told that if we left we had to go through security again. Would have been nice to know that upfront. It was a madhouse going through that final security check and my husband's wallet was lost for a bit. No one really tried to help and we were told to move aside. Finally someone saw that it had fallen beside one of the counters. It was all horrible. Because of all this our 5 hour layover was a hassle with no time for food, etc. The whole airport experience was confusing and badly handled."

Ventajas: "I saved my points, rolled points and purchased everything I could to be able to take Asiana first class from JFK-Seoul (Incheon). Pretty much a dream. 14 hours and I could have gone longer. Put it on your travel bucket list if you are heading to Asia."

Desventajas: "flight was delayed repeatedly with poor communication with passengers and little sense of taking responsibility. Eventually 3.5 hours late, causing me to miss my appointments. I am still waiting for a reply from the airline for some sort of compensation."
Ventajas: "Entertainment options were great. Recent, good movies available."
Desventajas: "It was a pretty uncomfortable thirteen hour flight. Just not enough room. The food wasn't great but I guess that's to be expected. Crew was oddly stringent about windows being opened or closed as well."

Ventajas: "The service-oriented and very pleasant attitude of the flight attendants made up for the other inconveniences."
Desventajas: "Suitcase was damaged. Flight was delayed 2 hours. Movie choices were limited--especially for foreign films. Wish there were more international films with English subtitles. However, the flight attendants made up for it by their attentive service."
Desventajas: "Well I paid for the flight and bought insurance to visit my fiancé for Christmas. A few days later I found out my fiancé was cheating on me, so I tried canceling the flight. My reason wasn't good enough and it didn't matter that I'd bought insurance. I will never go through this trash of a site or its insurance again."
Ventajas: "Meal was good"
Desventajas: "Was charged USD 350 for one overweight bag. Asked Etihad beforehand if I could use a 72 transit visa to enter china on my current itenary. They said it was fine. I was stopped at the gatein Seoul by Asians who refused to board me on the plane because my itenary was incorrect. Will never fly either of these airlines again, and am currently seeking repayment for my unintended 4 day stay in Seou"
Ventajas: "Lots of room in an economy seat, both in seat width and in knee-room. Great entertainment system! Good food and served frequently during a flight that lasted over 12 hours. Very efficient boarding process."
Desventajas: "The crew could have been more pro-active in offering drinks during such a long flight. A wider choice of movies would have been appreciated."

Desventajas: "I got sick on this flight, and the concern expressed by the crew was about 0. Also, they don't understand the meaning of ice water. Water, with lots of ice! Serving an American destination, they should know how much ice Americans like in drinks. Normally not a big deal, but when you really need to cool down to keep from barfing, it is important."
Ventajas: "I like the boarding because they went by zone. I also like the food and drink that was provided."
Desventajas: "I didn't like the restroom it was too small to go number 2 in."

Desventajas: "Warm wash cloth must not be eliminated especially for long flights. I was not able to charge my phone since the outlet was non-functional. The flight experience wasn't that bad with the budget price of the ticket. Over-all it was okay."

Desventajas: "Las películas están en chino e inglés. Algunos en francés, Italiano o Alemán. Con la cantidad de castellano parlantes que hay en el mundo no entiendo que no haya películas en castellano."
Ventajas: "Nothing. Didn't make flight and tried to contact by phone multiple times via email and phone to switch and was ignored"
Desventajas: "Tried to change flight according to their policy but was unsuccessful in getting in touch or getting a response from anybody in their company after multiple tries via phone and email. Please help me rectify"
Ventajas: "Good staff got there on time"
Ventajas: "Great atmosphere on the plane and very clean."
Desventajas: "I would have liked to have more vegetarian and vegan food options on board the aircraft."
Ventajas: "This was my first time using China Airlines and it won't be my last. This was a superior flight with a wonderful flight crew and clean aircraft. We flew them roundtrip from Okinawa to Frankfurt. Highly recommended."
Desventajas: "Nothing."
Desventajas: "No entertainment for kids, no toes, TVs were not functioning and several times I asked the crew that kids bored and want to play or have something to watch but nobody cared. My children didn't liked the food at all, as there was no fish or egg or veg meals, only pork at breakfast. I had two young kids with me, but were treated as regular passengers and we lined up for long time for boarding and kids got very tired. At washrooms there was no soap, tissue or towel papers."
Ventajas: "There were screens on the headrest in front of us and they had new tv shows, music and movies all for free. The flight crew was nice."
Desventajas: "The seats weren't comfortable but the flight was less than an hour. The food wasn't very tasty but i think it's because it wasn't "American" food so it was just a different."
Ventajas: "Really overall great flight for 13 hours on a plane. It did take 45 minutes to get to gate after landing but still a good experience. Flight crew really good job, good food, entertainment helped pass the time."
Desventajas: "I couldn't get assigned seat options out of Ho Chi Minh."
Ventajas: "I liked the wide selection of entertainment on the personal televisions on the plane. The reclining of the seats were not bad. The stewardesses and stewards were very friendly and attentive and I felt that the really cared about my experience. Everything was very clean and new."
Desventajas: "I did not like the boarding process. From starting at check in it took two hours to finish queuing and then to waiting for boarding it took another two hours. Additionally the plane was delayed. I felt cramped in my seat and I am five foot three inches and very petite so that's saying something."
Ventajas: "This flight was great and the attendants were very good and professional...awesome time..."
Desventajas: "For a long flight the seat is uncomfortable, it needs to be more comfy and size could be better."
